Hi All,We have exported some company templates from IFS environment 22R2 in 22.2.3 level. The exported templates were missing end tags and i was unable to execute them from plsql. Then i have fixed them by adding end tags and ‘/’ tags. With the templates exported we have created a corrective delivery to be able to install them in customer UAT. But the corrective delivery was failed complaining a plsql error.ORA-06550: line 19049, column 1:PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "/" Those files were executed fine in my plsql command window and similar syntaxes to the standard templates. My questions are as following. Are there issues with creating corrective deliveries for .ins files? Why the corrective delivery got failed for the files which are correct and executable as command files in plsql? Why the exported templates having missing tags, any bug associated with it?Does IFS handles deploying company template .ins files into customer useplace environments on request via customer cases? A customer who is in 22R2 has a requirement to attach several media items in to a survey answer. Is this possible to make it available on survey answers media attachments so that multiple images can be attach to a single answer. Is this possible by enabling object connection on surveyAnswer LU and with a customization enabling media items on ServiceEngApp-cust.app @Overridemedialibrary { entity SurveyAnswer { prefetch = true; }}I suspect there’s more to be done in ServiceEngApp-cust.client file as well as above only did not work as we wanted. I tried adding as a image viewer and added to the card EmployeeSurveysCard. but that didn’t work either. imageviewer CardSurveyAnswerImageViewer for SurveyAnswer { media { enabled = [true]; }}Should we add this as a command as well?Is it possible for someone who has MWO experience to guide me on this customization? Are there any additional steps to be done here or this is not supported in mobile for 22R2?Thank you!

I’m having an issue in Cloud 22.2.3 where i cannot import a ACP or a single file with a larger size.ClientMetadata.client:SalesContract file is 2225KB and when trying to import as a single file following error comes./main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AppConfigPackageHandling.svc/ImportConfigVirtualSet(Objkey='F986A4AE44D419D3E053E525EC0A2833')/IfsApp.AppConfigPackageHandling.ImportAcpVirtual_ImportFinishError while serializing contents. This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection. To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. In the response there can be more detailed information about the exception. When i try with ACP it doesn’t enable next button to even import.Any fixes(bug ids) for this lately in new versions? or workaround except clearing out some implementation from page designer?Thank you!
I have customers environment APPS10 UPD 18 with some of pages having larger field sizes (about 4-5 pages )where all others pages has correct smaller sizes. Ex: It should ideally be like this:The issue is with only few pages throughout the application. We suspect someone has done the changes to the base profile with high scaling in their machine and saved those pages. We tried removing profile entries/saving back to profile with correct scaling of 100% in the machine and removing application caches(appdata/local/apps/2.0). Even replaced profile entries exported with correct environment.Non of them seemed to work. there are 2 base profiles and both having the same issue for those specific pages.IF anyone knows how to fix this issue please reply me on this thread.Thank you!
