Hi,question about “Configuration Applied” field in MWO (ServiceEngApp).Where is it stored, when does it get evaluated, and when does it get re-evaluated?I have run a lot of tests and am observing that it gets evaluated when a request task is first synchronized onto the device. But i cannot get it to consistently re-evaluate e.g. when a new, higher-weighted configuration is synchronized to the device.Should this re-evaluation be achievable?
Hi, We are in 22R2 SU1. When the Pool-keep task has a duration and when the mobile user accepts the pool-task it gives the below Failed transaction.ORA-20105: JtExecutionInstance.FINISHDATENOTWITHIN: Allocated interval is too short for the allocated hours.Has anyone encountered this? When the user accepts the pool-keep task, it gives this FT and the pool-keep task is removed from the pool
Is it possible to have saved queries synced into the Mobile Work Order?If not can we get more filters into individual LOVs to narrow down the results in the LOVs in MWO depending on other values. As an example for Item Class LOV can we add in a saved query to show only specific items in MWO for that user or filter values based on the service contract etc?
If a user has a mWO task and starts it, there will be normally a completion on the same day or even the next day/week/month. When the user forgets to ‘pauze’ the task, it will lead to a lot of hours worked on the task.Massive number of hours bookedIn the example above I've completed a mWO task that was entered/started quite some time. In green I see at (1) that for Wednesday November 10th there are approx 1990 hours booked.Question: is it possible to spread the hours automatically (backwards in time) over the scheduled hours?Version 10.13..1360.0 is showing in mWO (Windows)
Good Morning - I am receiving daily error codes for a scheduled task to transfer work orders to mobile app at 18:00hrs. The error message is saying ‘Invalid WO Status’. Can anyone advise if there is an anomaly with the set up below - Many thanks for your help.
