As kind of followup and “solution” :I eventually open a case in IFS support, and after investigation this is a bug in 23R1 that has been corrected in 23R2. unfortunately we are are for the moment using 23R1 and we will probably not migrate before several month in 23R2, however i fix my issue by triggering a script in our Armony server instead of triggering the BPA ...
Hello Dumeeshathank you for your answer, actually you are rrigh, after testing with another application type in the custom action i figure out that the custom event is actually triggered. However i am still not able to execute a BPA from this custom action when it is in “background mode” my message application is trigger but the Workflow not.Any idea? is it actually not possible to trigger a BPA when in background ?best regards
hello @Buddhi Gunasekarawhere in IFScloud can we found this bpa_system_settings_tab ?thank you in advancebest regards
Hinot sure it can help you but instead of Excel migration you can use CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE and INSERT_OR_UPDATE data migration procedure that enable you to export and import texte file (like csv for instance) even if it is a for a CLU (I jsut tested it on one of our CLU and it works ok) best regards
hello, what i mean is that as the javascript function name are case sensitive if you writevar CCN_RmaNo = SelectionTab[0].substring(pos_start, pos_end);with a lowercase s at begining of substring fucntion name it will works when if you writevar CCN_RmaNo = SelectionTab[0].Substring(pos_start, pos_end);with a Uppercase S t begining of substring fucntion name it will not works :)best regards
ok i will answer myseelf :)actually you can use javascript string method ...if you are using a string :)i was trying string method on a table after figuring that out here is my new script that works var SelectionTab = execution.getVariable("Selection");var pos_start = SelectionTab[0].indexOf("RMA_NO=") + 7;var pos_end = SelectionTab[0].indexOf("^");var CCN_RmaNo = SelectionTab[0].substring(pos_start, pos_end);execution.setVariable("CCN_RmaNo", CCN_RmaNo ); however please nopte that all javascript fucntion are case sensitive so Substring method will not works when substring yes sorry for a stupid post
thank you guys that the first promising answer i get including IFS cloud support and our Consultant
https://<IFSDomain>/ifsapplications/SCIM/v2, is the righ URL you need to use, but you need first to set secure that in IFS the IFS_scim client is enable and you need as well to generate a SCIM offline token in “SCIM Access Manager” IFS screen, you need to copy the token to past it in Azure as secret token when you will create the enterprise application (note “enterprise application” not “app registration”) , the provionning section of the Azure enterprise application will looks like something similar to hereunder screenshot
helloi do no have any clue regarding the SCIM error message in IFS, but regarding why you get In Azure Ad, provisioning part, message saying that automatic provisioning to IFS is not supported today. i think i have some idea, cause i get the same issue when trying to use the same enterprise application in azure that i set for SSO, actually you need to set a new one (that you can call IFS SCIM for instance) and then start from scratchi hope i can help a bit
