Hi, Look at the created voucher for the travel expense. Create a manual voucher were you revers the original voucher (Accounting Rules/Voucher/Manual voucher/Voucher Entry). If the travel expense was connected to a project, work order etc. then you must remember to add that code part in your manual voucher, to reverse the cost on the project, work order etc. Regarding the travel expense you are not allowed to do any changes on this. Hi Maaret, When you authorize a travel expense you also create a voucher ( also project transaction, work order transaction if you have that in your solution). It´s not possible to cancel an authorized travel expense. You have to adjust it manually. Best regards Karolina

Hi Kevin, Thanks for taking your time to look into this! I think this is the closest we can get to any solution. The problems that I still need to take care of are: Can´t transfer two different wage codes for sick leave to payroll system. Payroll system need one wage code for the sick leave period to do special calculation for the first sick day. (1/5 of normal week hours should be unpaid). - Solution - Do a customization in payroll transfer were we switch wage code 99101(first day) to 9910 (2nd day and forward). Not user friendly because user need to register both 1st day and 2nd day before the system can automatically repeat the wage code for sick leave. I will talk this through with my customer. Hi Damith, Hmm okey…. :) But I don´t agree to “If you define Anonimization for Person Name, it will not anonymize the First name and Last name in the Personal file due to this.” When I have done some tests I gets First Name, Last Name, Full Name anonymized and Employee Name. BR Karro
Hi Damith, I don´t know if this helps you, but when configuring Personal Data Processing Purposes you only have the option “Name of Person”. It´s not divided into First Name and Last Name. BR Karro

Hi Shehan, Thank you! It would be very good to know the purpose of this button when using project reporting. I got this tip from a colleague - “This is basically to fill the hours in T&A area for the employees who report hours on Shop orders, work orders etc; as when you report time on them the respective hours would not be inserted in the T&A area, until you confirm the record. “ I did some more test when using project reporting and could not find any use of this button when using project reporting. I attach a document showing my tests. Maybe the button should not be shown when using project reporting? I am looking forward to hear from you. Thank you, Karolina
