Not the same number of fields, from one environment to another

Hi @TheoB This might be an issue with the user profiles.You can verify this by following below steps.Log into the application and go to the ‘Create user’ window. Then search for the user id of the logged user (identity = user ID).Figure 1:User profileClick on the ‘User Profile’ under ‘User Setting’ navigation tab. You can see the user’s Personal Profile and the Base profile. Disable both of them by clicking on ‘Enabled’ > checked the tick box ‘Disable Personal Profile’ in the setting dialog> ok > save. Figure 2: disable the profiles Refresh the dictionary and Security server cache.Figure 3: Refresh Server Cache windowRestart the application. Check whether the mentioned fields can be seen now. By this way you can check whether this issue is due to the user profile.If this issue is related to the that, then you have to further check the on the exact entry in either base or user profile that causes for this. Create Customer Credit/Correction Invoice - Warning Service Crediting/Corrections

Hi DavidI think below explanation is related to your issue and will be helpful to fix it. Please have a look.“You cannot create Credit Invoice or Correction invoice from the customer invoice if the customer order related to this invoice is created from a work order. If the user tried to create credit invoice in Customer Invoice (via RMB >Create Credit Invoice), the background job goes to warning status and gives the warning text as you mentioned.If the customer order is generated from a work order and you need to create credit invoice for this customer order. Performance issue with Cursor For Loop

Errors when creating an Italian company

Hi NipuniIt’s better if you can check these files in the customer’s harvest and identify how they have been introduced to this customer if they are available there. First we need to check and verify whether these files are belonged to the core, RND Extension(GET), local extension or customization. Sometimes, these type of issues can be raised due to upgrades (eg:- Apps8 to Apps10) since some old APIs in previous versions are not available in the upgraded versions, but they are still referred in somewhere in existing customer’s code. Then you have to check those files in the harvest of previous versions as well. If this file is related to a localization then you have identify that and check these files in harvest of that localization. Also you can use text/file search tools (Eg:- ransack) and search in archive directories of suspected localizations/extensions. Best Regards,Sameera.

ORDER_QUOTATION_LINE Migration Job

Hi TAHERPlease check for a column called “line item no” which is set as the ‘1’ in the provided CSV file.The line item no should be set as ‘0’ for the non-package part. Once you set the line item no as ‘0’ it should work for Execute job.If you set it as ‘1’ then code search the package component logic and it can’t find the PROBABILITY_TO_WIN attribute value which is mandatory for Order Quotation Line. Does History Log work in Aurena?

Hi eqbstal As mentioned by Novishan, it can be seen that the ‘Histoty Log’ functionality has not been implemented in Aurena, but included in latest 21R1.The ‘HistoryLogHaldling’ projection which is used for this purpose is not available in latest Aurena .But this API has been included in 21R1 and can use to overview all logged transactions. Hi Xavier"<a>" is the html tag which is used to define a hyperlink and these kind of html tags are not supported in a plain text format.Hence the 'Click Here' is shown as a link (blue colour- undelined) only in HTML.As I know, we couldn't implement the same in both text and html formats due to this, under the existing functionality of the application.Sameera.
