Hi @Muthujayashree , The web client and smart client are not meant to be a pure one-to-one match. What is available for colour customization in webclient is what you have specified with the app param WEBCLIENT_PRIMARY_COLOR. Apart from that, there have been several app params defined for configuring logos, icons, images, etc. Somehow, currently there is no secondary color available in the webclient. No further elements have been identified for custom colors in the web client apart from the primary colour. By the way, I would like to encourage you to add this as an enhancement request in the IFS idea wall. It might be a cool option to have in a future release.
Hi @Asterix , Can you please confirm in which platform (android, iOS or windows) you are facing the issue. I would assume that you well aware and you have followed the mobile installation steps correctly. If not, please mention at which point you are getting this error during the installation. To be specific with the error, “No License information was found for the user “, I would assume that there might be any problem with License key installation. For your knowledge , I will include the correct steps for installing the License keys but refer it, only if it is applicable for your situation under the above mentioned assumptions.Using FSM Studio (Smart Client) you can do the following for installing license keys:From the menu bar, go to the screen “License Admin”. This shows all the available licenses. Click the button “Apply License” On the open window, locate and select the license key file provided by IFS Support and click Open. On the confirmation window, Click Yes. On the confirmat
Hi @Asterix ,This has been identified as a core issue of FSM 6.5 . The bug has been identified as when you “Export to excel” or “Export to Word” , then both gives an output in PDF format, which is not expected. This will be corrected in the forthcoming FSM 6.6 release. Therefore we can anticipate that the “Export to excel” and “Export to word” will work as expected in this update but we cannot assure that the Print button could be configured into Excel,word,etc.. since the Printing report has already been inbuilt to give a PDF output. But thinking out of the box, your idea will be good for an Enhancement request for a future release. Then the Print button will also have several choices rather than straightly turning into a PDF.
Hi @PinmayaK , As far as I know , the date format depends on server/client culture. But since you were asking, the app param DYNAMICS_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT could be used for filtering Dynamic records using a timestamp value for the given date and time format. Therefore, you can configure your desired format when filtering. Otherwise, I would like to suggest to have a look with IFS_FND_DATETIME_FORMAT, IFS_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT and SALESFORCE_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT to see whether they would help you. But the latter part is applicable for IFS Apps integrations. Therefore, as I mentioned before the date format would depend on the server/client rather than a configured app param.
Hi @ShivamShukla321 , For customizing colours, I think you have to add a new application resource file >»> add a directory name "Themes" to the installation directory of smart client >» > add xml theme files to that directory . The newly added theme files will be displayed in UI themes menu. Hope this will work.
For this question, I guess that you are asking about creating a customized lobby from the words “IFS FSM theme as per Customer branding”. When customizing the lobby you have two discrete options. (1)Customizing an existing lobby format . (2)Importing a separately built custom lobby. For the option (1), navigate to the Overview screen and there you can change the title page, set formatting such as colours, set data source parameters and specify other general information. The Element designer window could be used to access the element designing function. An element is a series of specifications that define how information from a data source is displayed in the Lobby such as counters, bar charts, pie charts, etc. An element includes layout, data displayed, navigation, and formatting information. In addition, the Data source designer screen could be used to specify a data source by specifying SQL or in other words client scripts. On the other hand we can import an already built
