Hi implicit grants are set. Even “AllowImplicitFlow” in manifest is set to true. Does it matters if ReplyUrl is in mixed case?

Plsqlap_Server_API.Ping_Result__ returns 0

I checked oracle queue BATCH_PROC_QUEUE_MAIN and there was a lot of messages in queue. I did purge, stop and start and tested again but still same issue. After Plsqlap_Server_API.Ping_Result__ number of messages increased so apparently, messages are not picked from the queue. I will try to restart Main server during the service window and try to test again.

SSO and Azure AD authentication

Thanks for answer, since error comes from IFS Login dialog we cannot change it as suggested in the link but we created a case in LCS for that problem.It seems that SSO functionality requires that workstation is joined to active directory to work. We assumed that user just need to log in to Azure AD.

There is not many steps in guideline for Azure AD SSO for IFS Enterprise Explorer (just check “Use Single Sign-On”). Azure AD authentication is already set and works fine, it’s just SSO on computers that are not joined local Active Domain that are problem.

Plsqlap_Server_API.Ping_Result__ returns 0

After restart of MainServer1 PING works fine (and it is possible to order Business Report from IFS client). Thank you for support!

HiAzure AD authentication works. Users gets “login page” and can select (or enter) Azure AD account and log in normally without entering password.The problem is just “Use SSO” that on some PC configurations does not works. Neno

IFS Touch Apps Cloud worked fine since Tuesday (it is Thursday today) and since both PROD and TEST environment was affected at same time most logical explanation is that there was some kind of issues in IFS Touch Apps Cloud infrastructure. Is there any way to check health status of IFS Touch Apps Cloud (besides to directly email to JOOLSE )? Neno

Where is user password when Internal IDP is used in IFS Cloud

Thank you for your answer, It’s good to know that Oracle password is not used. But, I would like to know where user’s password is stored exactly (when Internal IDP is used). We need to make sure that part och IFs Cloud is secure and proper backed.

I’m answering my own question - there is no Projection for ConnectivityProcessingHandler:LoadInboxMessage . I had to develop PLSQL package and user PlSQL connector to get IN:MESSAGE data into Connectivity.

ConnectivityProcessingHandler:LoadInboxMessage as projection in IFS Cloud

In short, you create a Oracle package function with following parameter signature:FUNCTION Load_Inbox(in_xml_ CLOB) RETURN CLOBthen, create IFS Connect address with type = PLSQL and enter name of the function and PLSQL parameter. Route your XML message to this address and you will get XML filen in in_xml_ CLOB variable.Thereafter use Oracle XMLTABLE functionality to “convert” XML into usable cursor that can be used to insert data into In_Message nd In_Message_Line.

HiI think that IFS9 is not compatible with TLS1.2 - you will have to follow instruction in https://aka.ms/smtp_auth_tls to solve this (set AllowLegacyTLSClients and use legacy address smtp-legacy.office365.com) Neno
