If you know which refund is applicable to which check, you can void it, I think. Hi Adam and thank you. We do not have a check that is generated by the refund. We just know from a report from our bank what the refund amount was. If the refund is of a returned item a credit invoice is created however we still have to create a mixed payment in IFS to represent that refund that in turn we can match to the credit invoice.

If I am following correctly I created / duplicated a customer order Invoice Type (Advance Customer Order Credit Invoice TEST) and selected my newly created Invoice Series (AC1). However, from your description I would have expected the voucher type LOV availability for the AC1 Series. Did I miss something? Additionally can anyone provide info on what a Voucher Type does for the Invoice Series if it is available and selected in that field?
Hi Adam,I was able to retrieve a more detailed response from our finance team in relation to your comment. In theory cancellation of receipt could be dated using original receipt date or manually provided date, but it would make life more complex - in your example if December is closed already for accounting, it is not possible any more to make additional vouchers and such backdated transaction would have to get pushed to January anyway (Agreed if we have the prior period closed there is nothing that can be done – but the scenario is that we do still have the prior period open – during times of month-end/year-end close and we want to be able to change the date on the cancellation transaction to the prior month after the transfer has already happened), otherwise blocking purchase transaction transfer routine. Hi , I tried the same in App10 and it is working fine as below screen. Looks like you are using App9 version and there is a problem in App9. I tried in App9 too and even after Reload Configuration, custom field does not appear in the window. . BR, Thilini So do you think its exclusive to an Apps 9 issue?

I apologize but I still do not understand your response. You want me to add the ifsapf:tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2?COMPANY=1 url into the Consolidated Accounts screen? I have done that and reloaded the configuration. Custom field I created on the GLQueryVoucherRow does not appear on the ifsapf:tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2?COMPANY=1 screen.
Hi , I have tested the same and it is working fine after following below steps. Add a new custom field to tbwGLQueryVoucherRow and approved it and published it. Reload the configuration and new field appeared in the column chooser. Checked the other dialog tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2 by giving the url in address bar as ifsapf:tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2?COMPANY=121 Reload the configuration New column appeared in the window tbwGLQueryVoucherRow2 Please check again. Thank very interesting. It is a available as a column in the order lines tab of the view. However, I am trying to create a field that is located in the bottom section of the view.. You can see the area of concern highlighted in the screen shot below. I did try to add the same field in the header of the customer order screen however when I try to move it to the bottom of the view (highlighted), moving it stretches the order lines box and when the field does appear it is several inches from the bottom of the view. I could not get it to line up with the other fields. You can see just a small portion of the field as it seems to be disappearing behind the other fields when moving it back up toward the header.
