Updating the database compatibility level to 140 should not be an issue and is supported. Currently FSM supports SQL Server versions 2014 (as of Update 18) thru 2019. 2022 is being evaluated now. Thanks! We’ve applied it to our test environment, no issues so far
Hi Kasun, Thanks for your reply - the case would be we have 2 “waves” of parts that need to ship, one on 2021-09-08 and another on 2021-09-15. Each “wave” we would want to ship with all parts, but if the 2021-09-08 parts are fully allocated we would want to ship that wave even if there are parts backordered for 2021-09-15. I think we’re going to use the Task “Pick Complete” function for this and put the part needs on separate tasks...probably the way we should have set them up from the start :D
I just want to get more clarification about the issue. You can assign the task to technician from Task screen or schedule board or PSO. then once you assigned the task to technician, you able to see it in mobile. then again you are trying unassigned it from origin user and assign it to someone else from backed. ( you are not using reject option in mobile ). then the task is available in both mobile? ( is this the issue )? Correct - and the task on the original assignee's mobile never updates (also, reject button isn’t showing on mobile...issue for another post probably) There is a extract function to task which runs when something happen to Task and run the perform based on the action. Do you have any customization on it? do you change it? ( when you get the information about the Audit/Extract record for TASK, do you see any time difference between modified dttm and created dttm) No modifications - just the default extract does this happen recently or at the stage
Expressions are done a little differently than basic comparisons for input parameters - there are a couple things you need to change On the previous screen (main Business Rule lookup) check the “Use Expression” checkbox for that input parameter: On “Business Rules” screen Delete any rules already created and create new ones - the ones created before you changed the inputs won’t update The field that you designated as an expression will show up as such, update the expression on that line to do the comparison needed: On “Rule” screen Hope this helps!
Hi Ethan M I think you should try with XML business rule on TASK_EVENT table by considering EVENT_TYPE(old and new values) , and EVENT_DTTM or AUDIT_DTTM columns. That's is, If EVENT_TYPE value changed to ENROUTE Then perform Update XML messages like <update_task> <task> <update> <original_task> <task_id>@task_id</task_id> </original_task> </update> <task_id>@task_id</task_id> <actual_travel_start_dttm>@event_dttm</actual_travel_start_dttm> </task> </update_task> I’ll have to toy around with that but that should work - I was thinking that the event_dttm would be the time it syncs rather than when the event happened, but it does actually do the correct time. Thanks!
Hi, You can add seconds/hours/minutes/days to now() - your expression should look something like this: TABLE.COLUMN_NAME > NOW() + DAYS(7) SECONDS(), MINUTES(), HOURS(), and DAYS() all take an integer as a parameter to add to a date and time
