Hi @tharindukshan , It might be because the IAM (Identity Access Management) client ID configuration is not set up or it’s disabled for Business Reporter for the environment you are trying. If you have appowner access, please check the same. Hi Mathias,As per the previous post I looked into code in the FileOperationCommands.fragment ( "agentcall DownloadAndSend" ). This is working per one file at a time.How to do the Download and Send for multiple files?I want to open up an Outlook mail with multiple attachments.So yes I want to zip all the files and then open up an Outlook screen with that zip file.Or is there any other way where we can download all the files first then opening up the Outlook mail with those attachments?As I saw in DownloadAndSend it’s downloading to a temp folder then opening up the Outlook mail, if I got it correct :)Thanks Regards,Tharindu

Hi Mathias,Thank you very much for the quick reply. 😊We are getting the below error What we did was,We used the code in the FileOperationCommands.fragment in our client file.In our code we are calling the method DownloadAndSend which calls to Aurena agent API similar to the one in the above fragment.All the parameters are passing as we have checked in the console and yet we’re getting this error.Any suggestions in resolving this?Regards,Tharindu
