Hi @himasha.abeywickrama,I don’t think this is documented. But it should align with settings in Keycloak , have a look at “User-Initiated Action Lifespan” value under Realm Settings. https://www.keycloak.org/docs/latest/server_admin/ Thanks and BR,Kasun
Hi @Colin, Although there is no technical limitation, it is best practice to separate configurations based on component/module. For example, if you have two custom fields resides in different components, you should ideally have two separate configuration files.
Hi @NovAlbinL, I hope you’re doing well and keeping safe. This is a new feature request and we’re aware of the requirement. And this option will be available with IFS Cloud 22R2 release. Best Regards,
Hi Wolfgang @AUIFENNW,From my experience, these parameters are derived from other factors in DB such as CPU counts, threads, etc. Parallel execution for application queries isn't commonly used. Meaning, for large queries it’s beneficial and can be enforced from application logic, aka SQL parallel hints. Unless specified, DB will decide whether or not to execute parallelly. And as I’m aware there’s no recommendation for these parameters from the application perspective. For optimal values for these parameters, it’s better to consult with your DBA/Oracle support if necessary. Do you see this behavior only for customer order related queries? or are there other examples? If it’s a large query, check if parallel hints were used in SQL text
Hi @HayleyG,Appreciate if you can share information if this has been resolved? Solution would be helpful for the community
Hi @HayleyG ,Yes, we have multiple UK based customers reporting the same error.Hope you can follow up with support ticket for further updates.Additionally, /submission and /poll are REST endpoints. Are you able to access them via web browser or a specialized tool like Postman? And try to use the same end-point using web service tester within IFS solution manager(in IEE).Perhaps, something changed in these end-points recently, after Feb 7th?
Hi @HayleyG,As I understood that https://transaction-engine.tax.service.gov.uk is a public domain. Do you know if this service is available at the moment? Or if something changed in their infrastructure or protocol to connect ?I know there was different customer(UK based) also reporting the same issue.
Hi @sahilgupta, Do you by any chance using a container database, so this is a PDB where you having this issue?
Hi @Kelum Niranjana , Transaction rollback is handled automatically in DB(if specified) if interruption occurred but it’s not guaranteed for complex flows with multiple transactions. i.e: perhaps “Pick_Customer_Order_API.Pick_Reservations__” have multiple transactions so unless it’s handled in business logic(core). It seems to be “ CustomerOrder.LOCKED2” was the trigger for rollback so, identifying and avoiding the above lock would be a solution. If “CustomerOrder.LOCKED2” is a lock for an update, it can be also handled in integration logic to avoid the lock.I hope this is helpful.
Hi Yingxin, I suppose these ACP are relatively large. So, there are so many things that can go wrong when importing via client session(using EE client). This is most likely a network-level timeout, typically very tricky to identify. Have you tried to import using the installer instead, if it takes more than 30 minutes then it's advisable to use this method instead? https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/040_administration/220_user_interface/020_custom_objects/010_app_config_packages/090_acp_references/IFSInstallerImport.htm Best Regards,Kasun A.
