If metadata information is not intact then did you try Hierarchy Select and see what are columns retrieved?
Hi @XitDilshS ,Sorry for the misunderstanding when providing the last reply. In that case, I can suggest a workaround but you may have to play with it to check the feasibility. Use the parameters in Lobby, Element, and Data source as necessary. That means whatever the value in the parameter should pass to the task screen with # Write a client script to manipulate the value when loading the task screen. You may decide the trigger point as per your need Fetch task.created_dttm control value and remove the # and return the expected value. Set the updated value to the task.created_dttm control Refresh the screen. This was already achieved in one of the client's lobbies, but I cannot remember the exact steps right now.Remember this is not ideal but if this is a non-negotiable requirement then it's worth the effort.Regards,Piumal
Hi @XitDilshS ,I am not sure why it was not working for you but hope these screenshots might help you.Data Source: $today$ parameter used within single quotation marks as show below. (this is just a parameter and you can use any name here. Element: Crated a counter element and setup the navigation information as below. Lobby: Create a new parameter and for the time being I have set the default value as shown below. Here you can see how it looks like when a user navigates to the task screen. Hope this helps!Regards,Piumal
Hi @ERCEUPENSI ,You may find relevant records in "integration_datasource” table. Regards,Piumal
Hi @ERCZYADSAH ,Unfortunately, you cannot filter out by the skill(s) of a technician but you may able to filter out technicians based on their skills. But even in that, there is a problem of showing technicians with expired skills unfortunately. I am not quite sure if that was fixed in latest versions but in UPD16 it wasn't.This below read will help you if you go with that approach. Regards,Piumal
Hi @JuniSihombing ,Try it out and let me know if that works for you! Regards,Piumal
Hello @JuniSihombing As per the official documentation the following operators can be used. Here is a list of items which can be used in 'where’ constraintsOperator Description eq Equal to ge Greater than or equal to gt Greater than le Less than or equal to li Like lt Less than ne Not equal to nl Not like not_null Is not null null Is null And here are operators that can use for 'join’ constraints.Operator Description equi Equi join left_outer Left outer join right_outer Right outer join And here is a sample where clause with join constraints and data constraints. Hope this helps! Please accept the answer if it solved your query, so someone else can learn from it too! Thanks in advance!Regards,/Piumal Kulasekara
Getting error while initializing the PSO datasets from FSM Scheduling Manager “The given URI must be absolute. Parameter name: uri" Can any one please suggest the cause of this and how to solve this issue? Hello,I would add the PSO Gateway URL from the FSM Installer to verify and validate the binding is setup correctly. Apart from that make sure to use the FQDN when using HTTPS to avoid any issues with SSL certificates.Regards!
@eluxpiumalthanks! This solution worked! Would you mind set my answer as the solution, so it might help others to grab quickly Thanks in advance. Regards,Piumal
Hello,There is a straightforward solution to this but I cannot remember that at the moment. However I can suggest the following workaround to this. Here are the stepsReturn required columns from the data source as shown below. You can change accordingly. Change into your query and columns accordingly. You need a specific field in the advance search in the task screen apart from the team id field for this to work. It can be invisible and virtual. Lets assume you have a column called “crew_size”. Then you setup your counter element to set a value to that column - crew_size. This will set a parameter value into the URL when opening the task screen via counter element. This is a trigger point for the next step Create a Client Script as shown below. var check = getControlValue('task','crew_size');var personId = getUserInfo('personId');if(check == 'ss'){ var teamList = getDBValues('TEST_PIUMAL',personId); //format a string to have all the team_ids separated by a | // eg: TEAM_X|TEAM_Z|T
