Hi, All the “Document Types” we have on this page are set to “ORIGINAL”. Is there something I should be changing in here? Thanks,Chloe
Hi Ushan, The functionality does not appear for us at all therefore I may be wrong presuming that this changed with an update but I’m not sure how to bring this functionality back if it works for other IFS10 users but not us. Thanks,Chloe
I was able to change the User ID to the correction using the typing option at the top and then save the profile in the Options section. When I tried this previously, I simply ended IFS in taskmaster (but this was a total user error) to apply the changes I had to completely shut down IFS and reopen.
If I remove the “#USER_ID#” from default value, it just removes this bit entirely
The default for the lobby is shown below: Which is confusing me further as it should be pulling it from the users actual ID and not someone else’s
Hi, I’m not really sure what I’m looking for here but please see below what I could find linked to the lobby:
@Charith Epitawatta @Bhagya Wickramasinghe Hi both,Thank you for responding. I do not have much experience with the Custom Logical Unit page so forgive me if I’m going in the wrong direction. Please see below the SQL statement/ argument used: For a bit of clarification - I am trying to pull the Contract Name from the header of our Sales Contract page we have into an attribute for this Custom Logical Unit which is a tab on the Sales Contract page as a fixed item that cannot be altered.I had originally tried to set up this attribute as a “persistent” field type, but it was not pulling through once I approved and published it. Any advice is greatly appreciated!Thank you!
