Yes, it’s different to WTTs. We use it to hold a question set and standard text within the Long Description. You could save any new Service Request as a Template - I found it useful when testing to be able to create Service Requests more quickly with most of the field pre-populated.
Ah, of course, thank you !
Thanks Kathaka, understand we can search that way, but the tick list is much easier.
Same issue, it’s very time consuming to set up a new resource now.
@matt.watters What do the + - * options do ? Thanks
Yes, ideally to have a specific survey for a specific PPM task, using WTT as the selection criteria
Thanks, the permission hadn’t been enabled in our environment, but I can see it now.
Hi, where can I access the set up guide, as I get page not found error, thanks
Hi, I’m seeing many failed transactions for FND_LOCKED. We have the job running to resend these transactions every 5 mins, so can I safely set this transaction to be ignored ? We notify the back office via email of any failed transactions and I would prefer to remove any uneccessary emails, thanks
We use POs and POCOs, with approval rules in Apps 8. When a POCO is raised, it goes through the entire approval process again, even for a small change in value. Anyone know of a way round this ?
Above is for IFS Apps 8. I meant to say that the larger the scheduling window, the more tasks the DSE has to process and you may get issues with file size or schedule quality. We had to increase the file size allowance a few times.
In Service & Maint/Scheduling/Basic Data/Scheduling Dataset , you set Scheduling Work Days and Appointment Work Days. Below is the response to a case I raised that the conversion from IFS to 360 is a bit odd. We have a 24/5 calendar set in the Dataset but there is a conversion to 7 days that wasn’t entirely logical. The Scheduling Window visible in i.e. the workbench is based on the Dataset’s Scheduling Work Days + Appointment Work Days that exist as valid dates in the dataset’s connected “Calendar”. This means if the dataset calendar is a Monday to Friday calendar, then the visible days are 4 scheduling days + 4 Appointment days + 2 non-working days Saturday and Sunday!I got to where I needed with trial and error. As with most things 360, make a small change, observe the impact and tweak it again. This change will be effected with the LOAD file
You can set how many days / weeks ahead the PSO schedules for. We’re set up for 7 weeks as we generate PPM in the month prior, and these get allocated
