Dear @Mayura Wasantha Hello,First of all I should thank you for your helpful guide.I have another question, does this setting save for advanced search or this just is for standard search?Because I go to advanced mode and the sequence is not set for it. Best Regards,Armaghan
Hi @Link No I don’t have any screenshot. My problem is about the time of loading data from source on my element.(Lobby Element Time out)
Hi @Link No.I mean the time for retrieving data from database.
How often is your “notify next” action running? For example Pur Req raised at 9am “Notifiy next” set to run every hour on the half hour 9.30am - “notify next” runs and Authorisers in step 1 receive a notification 9.45am - Pur req step 1 is authorised 10.30am - “notify next” runs and Authorisers in step 2 should receive notification Make sense? Linda No Schedule is set for this event.
Have you used this “notify next” event action? Linda Dear @PRODQ Hi,Thanks for your response.I did what you mention, My first problem(Event is sent at the same time for all steps) is resolved.I confront with a new issue. For my first step as a group the event is sent and after authorizing this step, the event is not sent for the next step(The individual one).Do you have any idea what is going on?
Hi @Armaghan , Unfortunately, the MSP to IFS interface does not transfer the %Complete from MS Project to IFS via the standard interface. A design decision was made by R&D to retain complete control of the progress of an activity to be within IFS. The reason being that the various Progress methods that could be applied to an activity (Connected Objects, Consumption Based, Tasks, Template Progress, etc) do not exist in MSP. Rather than allowing just Progress Method = Manual to be updated and all the others not to be, they decided to not allow any transfer of progress from MSP to IFS. A workaround you could develop is to export the data from the MSProject and then import that into IFS using data migration. Or you could modify the interface with a customisation to meet your requirements. Interestingly, the Primavera interface does transfer Progress from P6 to IFS for Manual progress method activities. I hope this information has helped Gareth Williams Principal Consultant - Project
