As a temporary solution, we have removed the 6U27 baseline request_unit_location SQL view and added it with the 6U25 request_unit_location SQL view. This has effectively resolved the issue.

Hi @ganners,Go to the admin screen on your mobile device. Then, you'll find the option to refresh design data. Try selecting that option.I believe using this will allow you to receive both script changes and design data changes.

Hi @subhodeep.mondal ,I'm not clear about your functionality, but you can create a custom screen and add it to the home screen. From there, you can implement your desired functionality within your custom screen.When creating the screen, choose the menu option as 'Home' only. Alternatively, you can add the screen to the home menu after its creation. As for the screenshot you provided, you've already added the screen to the home menu. Are you experiencing issues with creating escalation records on that screen?

Hi @subhodeep.mondal,You can create custom screens and add them to any menus or workflows.As I understand it, you need to create new escalation records from mobile. You can simply do this using custom screens.Alternatively, in FSM Mobile, we have built-in DebriefEscalation and DebriefEscalationList screens to handle escalations.

Hi @Chethana Following are the pointers off the top of my head, Delete the person_mobile record for a specific user and try to reinitialize the device again. Try restarting the IIS app pool for Mobile Server and try to reinitialize Check the mobile service web.config file for anything unusual in the entries such as DownloadUrl/Compare it with a working environment Check whether enough storage available in the application server and the mobile server Check the sync rules because it might be happening due to incorrectly configured sync rules which exports a larger number of records (which in fact can take more time to zip) Inspect the both server log and mobile server logs to if there are any exceptions present Cheers!
