Hi @jon.beimborn ,I checked this in our latest environment as well and this is the intended functionality. The best approach is to enter the title prior to attaching the file as suggested by you. If the above approach is not acceptable for the customer, kindly let us know the reason behind which will be helpful in our learning process and future releases. Hi @r.zyszkiewicz ,Could you please check the below and try again,Resources and resource groups need to be defined and connected to each other in Resource Navigator and have connections for the work task site. Resources and Resource Groups should be compatible to use in Maintenance. The Resource needs to be connected to the Maintenance Organization or allowed in any Maintenance Organization on the Site (that is when Maintenance Organization is kept blank on the site record) in Resource Details > Maintenance/Service tab. You can find these in the “Product Documentation” as well. (Click on User (top right corner) > Product Documentation). Also kindly mention the version that you are using. Hi @djedaiB ,As I checked, in 23R1 users can “Reserve” several lines at once. Could you please let us know the product version that you are using?Best regards,Supun.
Hi @Wout ,If you are referring to the “Work assignments” in work tasks, dates are fetched from the respective work task. (Planned start from WT to Allocated start in assignment and similarly Planned finish to Allocated finish). The same will be fetched to Work order as well. In this case earliest planned start and latest planned finish will be fetched to work order from all the work tasks. If you are referring to something else, kindly revert back and much better if you can attach a screen shot of the relevant windows so that we can provide further assistance. Best regards,Supun Ekanayake.

Hi @Patrick ,Bit unclear what you are exactly referring to and hope the below definitions helps. Time reports - A tab to view or enter time spent by person/s and tool/equipment used to execute work. It is possible to define the Resource Type, Resource Group, Resource ID and Hours to report time spent by any other resource. Once time has been reported, relevant work task transactions will be created for the reported time with transaction type Person or Tool/Equipment. For service related activities the Time Type can be specified, so that sales lines are created with relevant price information. In Retrospective Work Reporting - EAM or Retrospective Work Reporting - SM forms, if Hours Spent is defined in the General tab, a time report will be created for the hours spent for the resource defined as Performed By. ` Work leader - A dialog box used to assign a work leader to multiple work orders at the same time. This feature facilitates the distribution of responsibility for further pla
