@tunstalltom : Hi,If Sales Contract may require parts to be delivered, Use Customer Order to “deliver” the part with Sales Contract Connection• Create Sales Contract Item – dont add sales part• Contract and Customer Order must be in same Company / Site• Sales Contract status needs to be Active to make connection• Create and connect Customer Order while status = Planned• Process Sales Contract / AFP for invoicing• Process Customer Order for delivery (once delivered, order status will automatically => Invoiced/Closed withoutinvoicing from Customer Order)Please check. Hope this is helpful :)

Hi Mayura, Thanks for your reply. Can you guide, how to give different Machine statuses, Please? Regards,Ram
Hi Mayura,Thanks again. I watched the video, it is good and it cleared some of my other doubts.I have few below queries: - So the Category for the events will be either ‘START’ or ‘STOP’ and then we give subcategory as Planned Stop, Unplanned Stop or Production Halt, correct?- Is it possible to give different other sub categories, then how APM page will display?-Is it possible to give different Machine statuses.other than ON/OFF/IDLE?-How availability is calculated? and is it possible to also add Utilizations? Kindly check and advise. Thanks. Regards,Ram
Could you be bit elaborative of the question please? Which part of APM are you referring to, Data ingestion? Operationalization or visualization ? Hi Mayura,Thanks for your reply. I want to know the complete process. It is required to register Asset Start time and stop time. And would like to see, whether machine is running or is it stopped. How much time machine ran for a day. etc.,,, Regards,Ram
Hi Ram, Thank you for your response.. Here is another project for instance, having “Control On Total Budget” selected and show the records! Hi Shibu Manuel,In this case, Project is enabled with both ‘Control As Budgeted’ and ‘Control On Total budget’.Please check the Budgeting and Forecasting Indicators for the respective project, it will be enabled with both options.Thanks. /Ram
Hi Shibu Manuel, Budget Control Rules can be enabled in multiple ways:Control On Total Budget Control As budgetIf Project is Enabled with “Control On Total Budget”, Project Budget Control Summary screen will have only header information with Total Budget and Total Consumption. Whereas, If Project is Enabled with “Control As Budget”, Project Budget Control Summary screen will have line details with Subproject, Activity,…….. In your attached screen also, “Control On Total Budget” is selected. Please check. Hope this clears your query. :) /Ram
