We have the same issue as we just upgraded from App9 to Cloud.It seems that R&D somehow forgot that this page both serves the function of manually posting invoices and authorization.From our use in App9, the user could choose “I’m Next Authorizer” and see all invoices that need attention. Now in Cloud they have to choose “My Only” and then search for their username in “Next Authorizer”.The current App10/Cloud behavior also contradicts itself as it renders the checkbox “Invoices to Authorize” useless.Filtering on “Show invoice” should not filer on Status Message ID. Please correct this bug or provide information on how this is more effective for the end user than App9 behavior.#CS0094665
And in case CS0126868
Any details on the fix Key og Bug-Id for this case? I cant find it in the spreadsheet.Is this fixed in 22r2 also?
I am familiar with that page, but it does’nt say how you do the Azure App configuration.The only setup information I can see is for the PBIES here: Installation parameters - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud
@laurapatzka04, Did you get anywhere with this? We are currently having this issue in 22.2.8.IFS support came back and told us this was the intended function, but I have problems with seeing how rendering the promised date useless is any improvement.
Hi, I recommend utilizing a migration job to initiate the event, and then set up a recurring schedule for the migration job -Ø
Schedule event action in IFS Cloud 21Rx | IFS Community @Marcel.Ausan That’s for partners and employees only. Could you share some details?
@Marcel.Ausan Thanks!
Thanks, but using the User Interaction halts the process, and that is not wanted. Would it be possible to go by a custom action on a projection, or a sql event to do this?
Hi GonzaloFrom the top of my head, something like this would be nice. This could also be used in combination with the existing end event for error handling.
