User permissions and dataset disappear after PSO upgrade

I believe this issue was new to PSO folks!We did not encounter the same issue during our local upgrade process; the upgrade was successful for us, and all functionalities are working as usual.We believe this issue may have been caused by improper upgrade activity, but we couldn't determine the exact root cause. As a workaround, we have implemented the following:R&D's suggestion: Manually apply/add the "Administrator" group to the PSO workbench.We hope this will resolve their issue.🙂Note: When adding the necessary group, ensure to consider the permission set for the "Administrator" group.

The response time for server_info_time is high when executing Perform_health_check.

Hi @tdislk ,Note that current threshold server info time value is set at 1000ms. If the server information time is less than 1000ms, it signifies that the system is in a healthy condition. Any necessary action will only be taken if the server information time exceeds this threshold value, meaning it is greater than 1000ms. The server information time can vary based on server utilization, workload, and overall system busyness.In summary, if the timeout is less than 1000ms, the status will be true; otherwise, it will be false.

Smart client getting Object reference error

RCA for this issue:- SSO login with external guest account the customer gets the error "object reference not set to an instance of an object".The issue had not happened for the FSM user login.The root cause for this error was after the access token had expired refresh token request returned an error response. Hence FSM trying to get an access token from the error response resulted in a null reference error.Issue occurred version:- FSM 6 UPD 18Fixed Version :- FSM 6 UPD 22

FSM Mobile home screen not loading - user role compatibility issue

Hi @buddhima ,The actual cause of the issue was that the initialization did not work properly for Person_IDs with the '@' sign. After further investigation, the issue was replicated and subsequently fixed.Please refer to the INC0546884 incident , which I created this post on behalf of this ticket,. R&D provided a hotfix for this issue. I hope you will get some inputs on this case.Cheers,Dilushkumar.

FSM Mobile - Device needs to be reactivated

Hi @aathi ,I gained a clearer understanding after conducting internal research on @BrianG 's answer. I hope this information will also be helpful to you.In FSM, there is a scheduled process called MOBILE_DEVICE_CLEANUP which runs in the background and automatically deletes mobile message records based on the predefined logic. To provide a clearer understanding of this process, please refer to the description below "Process to identify mobile device records that have not synchronized recently. Devices are marked for Initialization if they have not synced since the number of days configured in the DEVICE_LAST_SYNC_LIMIT app param. Device records are deleted if they have not synced in three times the value in the app param. This process removes messages for unused devices from the mm_message_out table."Based on @BrianG 's answer, if you set the DEVICE_LAST_SYNC_LIMIT to 10 and a device has not synced within three times that value (3*10 = 30), the device records will be automatically
