Just a follow up question. Now that I have all the parts from the hierarchy in inventory can I view these parts in a hierarchy / BOM?
@Adarsh - Did you ever get this working? I am trying to do same thing on Change Order.
Hello Dumeesha,Thank you for your response. In this case it is not about the publish. We have developed customization’s on the Change Request page which is the LU EcoRequest. We have added several custom fields to the LU and placed them on the Aurena screen. With out warning our custom fields list was reverted to a previous list of custom fields. I was originally thinking of this happening through a publish action, however now after additional time thinking about it I think the changes would have had to come through an ACP Application Configuration Package. Does the system track a history of when ACP were imported? Thanks,Clint
Still Searching for an this answer…I want to see all parts under the “ASR-9” in this example via a single SQL query of view.
I will give the Debug tool a shot. I am still hopeful that someone out there has a magic query that pulls al the structure at one time.
@KristenGastaldo how do I add it to the Idea Wall?
Has anyone found a way to work around the lack of Conditional fields being available in Aurena?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the help. I was able to create a SQL Data Element and it works in Aurena!!
Data Source Screen Shots:
First thank you for your post and continuing to help me figure this out. To be clear I am trying to get the initial data to load when you open in Aurena. No click just want to see the list with data for starters. All I get is the X in the middle shown in the screen shot above. Here is my Element in design mode: Client Type: Aurena Preview the data works. Will not show this data in Aurena using Chrome.
In Aurena I am not getting anything when I hover over the element.
The Change Request Lobby element that is above is designated as an Aurena element. Interestingly it only shows data when I view it in Enterprise Exploerer. Just shows the X when viewed in Aurena. What and where would I need to put in the URL Address to make it work?
Thanks for the response Steve … Fleet and Asset Management might be the answer: But none of my current Engineering Part’s or Equipment Object’s show up when I query for them. It is populated with RACE data but all the Part Rev: show as *. So I am still searching for my original question: How do I know the Engineering Revision for the Part that is linked to the Equipment?
I was was wondering if there is a more out of the box way of handling this type of ownership matrix? We will want to be able to use logic to look these users and groups up and communicate via email and streams when changes happen to items they own. Thoughts?
We are using IFS 10.
