Are you using ARP to define shift templates? If so, the color is coming from Shift Category.
It is in Scheduling Concepts - Constraints and Preferences Functional Guide.
Hi - This is possibly because “ViewAllObjectGroups” permission is allowed for your user. But this is not the intended behavior, and we are working on a fix. But meantime, you can disallow this permission so that the Groups will be visible here.
Hi Iulia,In schedule schema document, you can find a “colour” field for Activity entity. That means you can define different colors for each activity. Then when you select Color Activities by Activity option, activity blocks will be shown in that color.
Hi - There should be a clear separation between availabilities within 2 datasets. If Resource is available in dataset A for a period, he/she shouldn’t be available in dataset B for the same period. This can be achieved by dataset retentions. If resource is having shifts simultaneously in both datasets, PSO can’t differentiate and selectively allocate.
Hi Iulia - IFS Cloud will be supporting PSO Manual Changes Reasons from 24R1 onwards. It is possible to audit this then.
Hi Iulia - This depends on whether the filter is applied on server side or client side. These are the 2 types of filters. If you are using a Server side filters (eg: region), then the list will have filtered resources. But if it is a client side filter(eg:Resource filter), then whole resource list will be there.
Hi @Aravinda.Pr - I think if you have the PSO Audit trail, we can easily see what is missing in input messages and when that trigger. I’m still not sure whether this is a PSO issue or integration issue.@Alexander Heinze Have you seen this issue before?
Hi Shiyaz,It is not possible to view the duration directly. Closest is, you can add 2 columns for Activity Column List indicating Primary SLA Start and End (Activity.Primary SLA Start and Activity.Primary SLA End).Problem is, I know that you are using 3 SLAs so here it only picks Primary SLA.
Hi Shiyaz,Nope, it is not possible.Looking at the description, I thought you need to see the duration.
