Hi @anushakh,This might be due a hanging database session. You can check in ‘Database Sessions’ window and see if there are any sessions hanging related to this. If so, you can proceed to kill those and try the operation again. Best Regards,Charana
Hi @Himanshu,OfCourse this is possible. The underlying view can be changed to fit your requirements and sort this out. However, this needs to be handled carefully since some users need to see everything and some needs to see the ones assigned to them. Best way is to create a separate window with user only seeing the ones assigned to them and revoking permissions to the main window. However, this could be an already existing option. Can you let me know the window or a screen shot of the of the window you mentioned in the first place. I might be able to find if there is a way to achieve this within the applicationBest Regards,Charana
Hi @Shaaz,This seems to be a bug. Fixed by Bug ID 148004. Can you look into that and see of the issue still exists. Best Regards,Charana

Hi Charana, It looks like you're working with a batch script, this snippet seems to be checking whether a file name argument is provided when executing the script. IF a file name is provided, it sets the `FILE_TO_READ` variable to that file name. ELSE, it sets `FILE_TO_READ` to an empty value, indicating that the script should start in interactive mode (it will interact directly with the user instead of reading commands or data from a file). Thanks for the explanation @Darshana Herath .
