Thanks, all. I did do all these things at the time and they didn’t help. @Link I didn’t think about clearing the profile itself locally, but it was happening on multiple machines. I did clear the cache at the time, and that didn’t help, either. @Hypervox The users had the same base profile. Obviously, they don’t have the same personal profile or the exact same permission sets. But it worked when I logged in on my machine, so that isn’t the issue. @Charith Epitawatta . That is one of the things I checked. They just had one personal profile and it was the one set to default. They also had a Base Profile, but it’s used by many, many people so it wasn’t that.
@Hypervox , yes. I realize that wasn’t clear!
This is Apps9. There is no option when you right-click on an Employee on the Employees form to terminate or change status.
I’m going to do it via the backend.
Using the API, not deleting directly from the tables.

Well, per the Academy, you cannot rewind, just restart. And you can kind of fast forward by clicking the three dots at the bottom and choosing “play back speed”, which maxes out at 2.
The param used is “Compute” and under Advanced, “Schema Owner - Application Owner” . I couldn’t find anywhere where it defined what these were and which to use. Also, Hi, Nick.
