Hi @Nethmini KosvinnaI have checked this and seems like the bug id is not visible in LCS as it is created as an internal bug in Jira for projects. However, in my example, the customer did not want to query by customer name in the Aurena customer order by pressing the magnifying glass. As they are delivered UPD 18 to the TEST environment and tested still they face the same issue. What strange is when I checked this in internal dev I could not observe such an error. I’ll arrange a screen sharing as I don't have access to log into their test environment.Regards,Nikila Dissanayake
Hi @EntIshikH,As I have seen some cases related to zoom functionality for custom fields in the cloud, the solution for this issue was discussed several times with the RnD, and what was decided finally was that when navigating to a custom field we will navigate without the filter.AstI confirmed with our internal teams at the moment we do not have a better solution for this. If someone needs to find a correct record, the user will have to navigate to the page related to the relevant referenced entity > Filter the relevant record. That is the only solution we can provide for this issue. Therefore you can manually filter at the destination, that’s possible but the framework can not filter into the correct record.Regards,Nikila Dissanayake
Hi @JayH @astfarazt @AsankaGaru Have the same issue reported for 22.2.5 and the shipment type on the customer order line is retrieved from the relevant basic data on saving the line in the server. A value will be always fetched to the field even though it is not set as required, and also the value can be manually updated if needed. The setting for making a field mandatory in page designer can be used for fields whose values are retrieved on tabbing out of the field if the field uses client validations.Hence the correct functionality would be to use the 'Shipment Type' window as a non-mandatory field (In this scenario you might have set it as required) Therefore please navigate to the customer order window and open page designer and un-checked the 'required' field in the shipment attribute and save the record. Then it will fetch the value correctly at the point of saving the Customer Order line. Nikila Dissanayake : https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikila-dissanayake
