Good morning, i am trying to get a column in my data source that shows the warehouse location of the Avail Qty from the Supply Site on a Distribution Order. Splitting Credit Card Payments in Aurena

Using Aurena Client version 10.8.94.0.On the Expense Sheet Details screen in Aurena, I am trying to add a credit card transaction as a expense. For the highlighted expense, I would like to split the amount into 2 expense lines so that it can be linked to different accounts. Once I click on Add as Expense, I modify the Gross Currency Amount so that a line with Gross Amount = $10 is added to the Expense and Allowances section. But once I click on OK, it seems to add the whole amount (i.e. $26.2) rather than the Gross Currency Amount that I have specified. I also turned on the “Partial Balance” setting on the Credit Card Configuration screen in Aurena - This works perfectly in IFS. The $10 amount is added as an expense and the pending $16.20 remains on the Credit Card tab of the Expense Sheet screen in IFS to be added as an expense later. Does anyone know if I am missing out on any setup or if this is a bug in Aurena?

Separate PM Actions Generating WO bases on Hours Worked/Runtime

Is it possible to generate works orders using separate pm actions based on the hours runtime of a machine or km’s driven by a vehicle using standard functionality in IFS Apps 8?I only see options to base this on day, week, month or none in the maintenance plan (shown in the attached image) so I would guess not using this but I wonder about an event based on measurements / readings taken and entered into the system.Anyone else had similar requirements?

Apps 9: How many processes do you have in your batch queues?

We have issues where functionality slows down, and I have noticed it can be caused by large jobs being undertaken during the day. These are often cleared through relatively quickly but we are then left with a backlog of jobs waiting.We currently have 1 process on each of the 10 queues we have setup.I would like to increase that for jobs that are not required to run on a single threaded queue but am concerned on the fall out.How many batch queues do you have configured, and do you have more than one process on any of these??

May I get the customer portal complete user guide / document ? I cannot see any documentation on customer portal basic configuration process, how to create profile of a customer , how to provide access , if multiple / concurrent login possible in customer portal, How many users may use one customer portal license etc.Please advise.

BA report input parameter dropdown

Is there any option to add ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ dropdown for BA report input parameters (IFS10)? Currently I am able to connect only ListOfValues to input parameters. Kindly help

Base Profile issue

Hello, I have made changes to my Base Profile for Shop Floor Workbench/Attachments tab. Specially, I’ve hidden columns on the Documents/Attachments tab. I have the users configured with a Disabled Personal Profile. I am now seeing the following error message when the users open SFWB:This message now appears every time a user restarts their IFS session and logs into IFS. I am able to avoid this issue by turning on Personal Profiles for the users, but I do not want to enable that. I’m not sure what needs configured, or if it is possible to have Personal Profiles disabled, and still make column changes to the Documents tab columns. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to build the quote page , under repair portal user?A named license user has the privilege to create quote under RMA page.But, A Repair portal license holder doesn't have that privilege to access quote. Is it possible build ta quote page from UI designer?

IAL scheduling error

Hi,When I am trying to schedule an IAL in IFS10, the background job is showing error details as “Table not found. Redeploy the scripts manually ORA-20105: IalObject.REPTABNOTEXIST”When the same IAL is configured as Live data, then there is no issue in fetching data.Could anyone help in resolving this error? Lobby Data Source How to Get Avail QTY Locations

I am trying to see Distribution Orders that are open and fillable, i need to see the locations that the Available Qty is in. If this is possible is there also a way to exclude certain locations, i am fairly new to SQL’s and IFS lobby’s. Safety stock changes back to 0

I used migration job to update the safety stock attributes in the Master part. The mig job was successful but the next morning the safety stock attributes changed back. There is a task for updating safety stock but it is not scheduled and has no history in bk jobs. What can be the reason?

Custom IFS Report in Multiple Language

Hi I developed a custom IFS report designer report for Apps 10 customer. They want this report to be in both English and Dutch. So after I deploy the report, i also Scan Translatable Code and add the translation for the report in both English and Dutch. After that i did the Refresh Cache and Refresh Language Cache also. But when I try to run the report, i only get option to select English as the language and Not Dutch. Where in case of standard IFS reports, i see the dropdown with all valid language. Any idea what i missed?

FSM 5.7 Update11- Schedule Board Performance

Hi,Over the weekend we update FSM from 5.7u5 to u11.Since then we’re seeing performance issues with loading the Schedule Board in FSM.One day’s worth of shifts, tasks, exceptions etc. is taking c.35 seconds to load. We noticed an issue in DEV and UAT with a long running query and applied an index to resolve that.I can drop jobs in UAT and flood a specific day and that tasks about 7 to 8 seconds to load. Yet the same process in Live is taking 5 times as long. Has anyone else noticed an impact on the Schedule Board either after applying a patch update, or going to Update 11 specifically? We’re still reviewing the indexes but anyone got any more suggestions? RegardsAdy

I have an urgent issue where application messages are stuck at processing - which appears to be filling the archive logs.Everytime i try to stop the job i receive an error message informing me that the ‘application message object has been locked by another user’.Any ideas??

Patching of Oracle and Java (WebLogic etc.) components

Hi, what is the standard method for on-premise IFS customers to ensure their Oracle databases and Java components like WebLogic are patched?Are these patches included in Update deliveries, or are they installed separately? Who normally is responsible for ensuring Java and Oracle for the IFS environment are patched? IFS (via Deliveries), or the IFS Customer? If it’s the IFS customer, can the customer DBA just install the latest Oracle and Java patches on-demand, or do they need to be verified to be compatible with IFS first? i.e. will installing the latest patches break the IFS environment?

EDI overwriting manual schedules

Has anyone had the issue to where you create a customer schedule but once an EDI for that customer comes in that it completely erases the schedule you created? Is there any way where the created schedule and the EDI would just combine the amounts for parts together?
