Aurena report is not getting updated with latest changes

I have created a new layout foir both APP10 and Aurena. I have added few more changes to the layout, these changes are visible in APP10 but these changes are not added to Aurena. Is there a way to fix this ?

Tasks with Future SLA

Tasks with a future SLA Our SLA’s are generated based on the plan start date. But if the plan start date is greater than 31 days, these tasks do not go into PSO.They only go into PSO when the SLA is within the next 31 days. Is there a way to include Sla’s greater than 31 days? This is used for our preventative maintenance tasks that are booked months in advance

Hi,When all the users in the FSM Web Client Application, tried to login. we are getting the below error message frequently in the FSM Application.A110: cannot authenticate the request because the login is invalid and client session is expired. Check Pre Posting on purchase order release

Hi,Has anyone created an event that checks that Pre posting has been added to each PO line when they are released?I have created one that works OK on the PO header, but get the dreaded Mutating trigger when i try to run this on the lines.Thanks,Mick.

HR Lobby Element - granting access without using org/position access

I’ve created a lobby element which shows upcoming leave for senior management - this is for use by our Project Management department. As Senior Managers are across various org units, I’ve had to grant Project Managers access to departments via Graphical Org Structure and to relevant Positions via Position Access Setup. This means, they can see senior managers’ time registration/absences. Is there a way to grant access just to the lobby data source, without having to touch HR org/position access? i.e. so they are only able to see these absences via the lobby element?

Create opening and closing balance in balance sheet - Report Generator

I am about to build a balance sheet in Report Generator. I would like to create three columns; Opening balance (for period) Closing balance (for period) Closing balance (last year period)How do I create this, choosing which column type? If I choose a “Data column” I am able to choose do a period selection but I don’t know if it is the right way to go. And if it is the right way, how do I create the different periods? Time Registration Problem

Hi all,I am trying to use Time Registration Module for time report.So when i tried to search an employee id there is no records found for some reasons. I researched that problem and i probably found the problem. Original date format is incorrect (It is taken from debug). You can look the pictures at below for details.I tried to change standart date format at APP options but it still doesnt work correctly.Why the standart IFS APP V10.8 using incorrect format to bring records or what i am missing? Is it about the regions settings?

Aging Distribution Order Report

I am trying to see Aging Distribution Orders, currently what i have shows me the object version of the report which if anything changes then it drops off my category, i want to see only the status history change that is over a certin amount of days. any help would be greatly appreciated. Crystal report command Apps 7

Hi I was just wondering if the below was possible. We have a report which is built using a commend. The command contains the rep view and 2 other views.When we preview the report in IFS or crystal it is extremely slow and can take nearly an hour to run. We have a parameter called IFS_RESULT_KEY which is in the main report. If I create the parameter in the command the report runs instantly in Crystal but prompts for the IFS_RESULT_KEY when ran in IFS. I was just wondering if anyone has managed to resolve this issue? Maximum Number in Output Channels

For the Output Channels parameter in the Options-Server dialog, does anyone know if there is a way to increase the maximum number past 100,000 or is this the maximum please? We have a customer on Apps10 who would like to increase the max number past this.TIA.

FSM 5.7 - Quote to Request to Task

The Quote module, Out of the box, seems to create a request once the Quote has been approved.It only creates a request. Is there a method that already exists to have it auto create the task as well?Ideally would like to not carry over everythingFor example, if there is labour on the quote, we dont want labour on the task (in the event the user takes longer)

What is the purpose of the tan blocks that appear on the Schedule Board?

I have done some investigations and found: The Tan blocks indicate the Shift Time of the Technician as per the Work Calendar specified either in the Person record or App Param (by default).But I’m unsure why the Blocks aren’t visible for all the Technician’s? It doesn’t correlate with schduled breaks either.
