Yes you can do that in a couple of ways.

Easiest is if you are using IFSAPP10 or CLOUD then you can use the GS1 barcode functionality for that. Check links below how to setup a configuration to use GS1 barcodes. You will need to find a so called AI Code for your different values, if you cannot find any that is directly connected to PO you can use any code you like, for example the 90-99 codes are free to use or find some other as long as the datatype and length fits the values you will be using here.

If you are an older version or don’t want to use GS1 for some reason, it could also be possible if you either make sure that there is Carriage Return character between each item in the barcode or have another character as a delimiter between the values in the barcode and then setup your scanning device to replace the delimiter character with a Carriage Return character when scanning/return the value from the barcode. This carriage return will force a save between each value in the barcode. But you also need to make sure that all these items comes in the same order and directly after each in the configuration and then turn off any automatic value handling those items could have to stop system from doing unnecessary things. This could be a bit depending on how fast the system and scanner is, if system is not fast enough it might have problems saving each part of the barcode correctly (you will not have this problem with GS1).
