Hi,
In our current system we cannot charge zero on a part unless we enter a predefined reason. I remember running into something similar in IFS in the past. I couldn’t charge zero on a sales part. Is this an option in IFS Cloud?

Perhaps you’re referring to ‘Free of charge’ deliveries feature to customers? Please see the answer in this thread I had provided. It was available from IFS10 onwards. Maybe its available in the Cloud as well.
