Hi everyone, My need would be to migrate WBS Projects and automatically import the structure of the Project such as allowed by the standard API PROJECT_API.COPY_PROJECT_ATTR.This API is related to standard command “Copy Project”:There are a lot of parameters to be set up in the client when using this wizard, but I can’t manage to identify all of them properly using the SQL debug console as well as triggering the Method in a Data Migration Job.I am in IFS 21R2 Cloud Version. Here are the parameters that I managed to retrieve from the SQL debug console in IFS APPS 10 for the attribute OPTIONS_ATTR_ :'PROJ'||chr(31)||'YES'||chr(30)||'SITE'||chr(31)||''||chr(30)||'SUBPRO'||chr(31)||'YES'||chr(30)||'RUNINBACKGROUND'||chr(31)||'NO'||chr(30)||'COPYSITE'||chr(31)||'FALSE'||chr(30)||'ACTIVITY'||chr(31)||'YES'||chr(30)||'TASK'||chr(31)||'NO'||chr(30)||'PROGRESS_TEMPLATE'||chr(31)||'NO'||chr(30)||'DOCPACK'||chr(31)||'NO'||chr(30)||'DOCOVERVIEW'||chr(31)||'NO'||chr(30)||'P3CONSTRAINTS'||chr(31)||'
Hi, I’m trying to allow my customer to spread some cost/revenues between January 1st and December 31th for each project forecast they create, with Amount/12 for each month.Problem is, whenever I use the linear distribution or a specificly created profile with 12 intervals, I always get a non-linear distribution with small gaps between different months. I thought at first that it was linked to the project calendar (No of work days) or to the number of days during each month, but it appears it isn’t the case when I calculate these results manually.System designed Linear ProfileLinear Profile I designed myselfResult 1Result 2Is there any chance you can explain to me how to get the expected result without customization ? (Of course without manual spread ?) Thank you,Best regards,Vincent Malet
Hi, While attempting to create an accounting structure on a Code Part, it seems IFS Cloud does not succed to display the structure beyond 10 nodes. When I click on “Show more”, a server error occurs.I can send the error message if needed (Invalid URL). Is there something I/someone could do to get this bug fixed as quickly as possible ?Thank you very much,Vincent Malet
Hi, In IFS EE, we had an interesting feature that consisted in defining a default budget version, so that it would be displayed automatically to the user when using GL Balance Analysis and other functionnalities. It seemed that this functionnality was planned on IFS Cloud :But is does not work (I made sure I had values in the budget version for the GL voucher lines) : Is there something I’m doing wrong ?If not, is there a fix planned for this issue ? If not, how can I make sure there will be ? Thank you for your help,Vincent MaletFunctional Consultant @Bearingpoint
