I have introduced new overhead cost and my posting controls are run on ‘Posting cost groups’. As the purchase arrival transaction went on to Erroneous status I have ‘modified’ posting cost group and rerun Erroneous distribution and manufacturing postings.I noticed that inventory transaction does not pick the posting cost group even after run erroneous postings. My posting controls are dated back. New purchase receipts done after update of the modify posting cost groups works fine. Can somebody advise on how to fix the transaction happened before modifying the posting cost group?Thank you
Does IFS cloud has out of the box (pre defined) P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statement, if yes where to find it. I know the report generator is not available in cloud. Thank you.
How is it possible to revalue the weighted Average costed part?Imagine a scenario where the inventory part is set up at Weighted average and made several receipts. The part has been in inventory for several years without any recent transactions. Now the business understands the value of the stock has gone down. Is there a way to revalue the inventory so that the previous value will change and the lost value charged against PnL. This is possible under standard cost.. but the concern is how to do this under Weighted average method.
We have a request from a client to produce tax reporting for a distribution site in another country. The site is not a legal entity.E.g. UK company (legal entity) has a distribution centre in the Netherlands which will be used to serve the local customers in NL. The distribution centre will be a tax establishment with an NL VAT number. The requirement is to capture the transaction for tax purposes in NL. What will be the best solution in IFS perspective, since the tax establishment is not a legal entity, where we can run tax reports?
It is not possible to add payment address details in customer payment tab for any payment method connect with format DDEUR. Is there a configuration missing?

Hi,IFS has ‘intersite’ profitability functionality for inventory movements. Does IFS provide room to provide service between sites at a profit?our client has two scenariosSites (under the same company) and one site provide service to others @ a mark-up. Several companies (one IFS instance) and provides services to each other @ mark-up.we cannot use non-inventory parts hence it does not support for intersite profitability. Thank you,
Through elimination rules, IFS can automatically eliminate AP & AR. Is there an automatic way to eliminate the profit from unsold stock? Any improvements introduced in Cloud?Example: Subsidiary A sells a stock worth of $100 @ $120 (keeping a margin of $20) to subsidiary B. The selling price of the stock in subsidiary B is $150. Company B sells 75% of the stock to 3rd party (150*.75=112.5). How can we eliminate the profit of unsold stock in IFS?

As far as I know, the ‘import company template’ function is not available in Cloud. we used this functionality to copy companies across instances/environments rather than do the set-up manually in each instance from the scratch. What are the alternatives that IFS cloud has to import a verified set-up from one instance to other (e.g. from pre-prod instance in 22R2 to live). Appreciate some advice here since it requires significant duplication of effort to recreate all of the set-up from the scratch between instances. Thank you,Sandy
Can we allow Project inventory requirement to be consumed from standard inventory in the absence of PMRP function?To elaborate more on this, when CO is connected with project (CO line demand code is ‘Project Inventory’) to reserve the line we need to transfer the inventory for project inventory. Is there an automated way to perform this action without manual transfers?
Hi, Please guide me why the automatic PO line level matching does not happen to no-part lines in posting proposal company? Did I miss anything in the process or config settings? Company: Posting proposalPO matching set up Supplier: PO created for No part and received the full amount in one receipt. Invoice is created for the same PO value 120. It is not matched. Error showing in posting proposal as not matched. The process works completely fine for part lines even under partial receipts. Did I miss any information or configuration setting for No part matching? Thank you very much for your support.

‘M100 - Preccounting purchase Requisition’ posting control can be set for Mandatory Pre posting and it works for No part lines in Purchase Requisition. Can Mandotry Pre Posting set up for Part Lines in Purchase Requisition?
we are trying to do an inter-site stock transfer from Site 02 to Site 01, using a PO and CO as we want to receive the stock into the receiving site (01) with the freight charges included in the inventory value. When we do this currently, with customer/supplier records set as "Internal", when we receive the inventory part, it stamps the inventory value as the inventory value from Site 02 and completely ignores the prices and charges on the PO. Is there a way to include transport charges into the inventory value when doing inter-site purchase?
The standard customer invoice templates facilitate to load advance customer invoices. Can they be connected with the customer order number when loading? The reference fields can be used but it will not connect the customer invoice with the customer order.
Set Code Part option is not available in Aurena client even though it is available in IEE for end users. Is there a setting has to be enabled specifically for Aurena?
