When viewing / editing user profiles, the “Template” and therefore the “template storage”) entries do not appear.These entries are there in the database, they are just being “Hidden”.This happens on our live system and some, but not all test instances.The base profile is not affected. I’ve been asked whether I can add “New Case Issue” and/or “New Case Assistant” to the “Lite User” permission set (LTU_HR_SELF_SERVICE). Now, I can probably add these screens to the permission set, but I don’t want to exceed the license terms.Is this something I need to ask IFS directly?
Under Document Management → Approvals, the “object info” rmb option is only available for certain logical units. As an example, it’s either greyed out or absent for PaymentAddress and PartytypeProperty, but it’s there for CustomerInfo.I’ve had a look under logical units and I can’t see a pattern here. Example: Some of the ones that work have rowkey enabled, others don’t. So, does anyone know what the difference is? Even better, is there a way to enable “object info” for LUs where it’s not available?Thanks in advance...
