Is there a defined location where we can get the Project Template files for Data Migration Manager for the latest release? The training says it is recommended to use them, but as Partners I cant see where we would get them from. There is a topic where someone has kindly shared the files for 22r1 But this is now out of date as 23r1 has been released. It would be preferred if these template files were made available in a known place for Partners so we can use them in our Customer Projects. In the meantime, can anyone share the 23r1 Project Template?Gareth
HiI have an issue for one of my customers (running 22R1). They have a requirement to add a new Custom Entity to the Package Part Structure page for a Sales Quotation. The problem here is that the Page is using the Entity OrderQuotationLineMaster, but this is not available in the drop down list for the Parent Entity within Entity Associations on the Projection Configuration (QuotePackageStructureHandling): Without this option, I cannot build the association between the 2 objects to be used on the Page. If I use OrderQuotationLine instead, then the relationship cannot be used on the Package Part Structure Page. The Navigation Property only exists in the Projection metadata against the OrderQuotationLine entity, not OrderQuotationLineMaster. Has anyone come across an issue like this before? How can i build the Association between my Custom Entity and OrderQuotationLineMaster?ThanksGareth
HiIn EE it is possible to filter the fields in a LoV selector by a value in the main form using a SQL query search similar to the following:CUSTOMER_NO = i_hWndParent.frmOrderQuotation.dfsCustomerNoDoes anything like this functionality exist on Aurena yet? The only way I have found is to click the Find button on the LoV and then search for the Quotation No in this example. This is a number of extra clicks and will not be appreciated by our CustomersThanksGareth
Hi AllIn MWO we use surveys for questions before Work Started, or before Completing a work task. These surveys include mandatory steps that should be completed before the Work Task is reported. If the user is not able to provide a proper answer then they should not be allowed to report in the task. These tasks are set as Terminating Questions in the survey, but when a user answers these, they are still taken to the Report in page.Is it possible to set it up so that if a user enters Terminating answer they are taken back to the Work Details rather than being allowed to continue to report in?
HiI have a scenario where a Customer wants the Purchasing Dept to be able to add Supplier Header information, but only the Accounts Dept to be able to add the associated Invoicing Information. In Enterprise Explorer, this was possible as we could grant presentation objects for the header to one permission set for Purchasing Dept but not the Invoice tab. The permission set for the Accounts department would contain presentation objects for both. Both of these LUs are now linked to the projection SupplierHandling. Does this mean that it isnt possible to create permissions in this way and we cannot grant RW access to Supplier Header information but not Invoicing? This seems like a bit of an oversight.ThanksGareth
