Hello,I hope someone can help me 😊.This is the scenario :When a CO is for the customer XXX, I would like to create a “Purchase Order Direct” , and when it’s a YYY or ZZZ customer i would like to create an “Invent Order” . ( It’s the same sales part )Can we drive the Sourcing rules automatically du to the customer ?These are the setting I made :Create a sourcing rule : With highest rank as Sourcing Objective.Create a sourcing rules per Customer and Sales Part And this is the error when I create a line on CO : There is also the set up “Sales Part” Sourcing Option, but i’m not interested because it will always give the same choice for every customer. Hi,I would like to know if it’s possible to generate automatic transport task from Warehouse Navigator on IFS 9 ?We have 2 remote warehouse :Site A Remote warehouse 1 Remote warehouse 2I would like parts in warehouse 2 to be refiiled from warehouse 1.I went to Warehouse Navigator and saw there is two ways to refill our parts ( Stock or Buy).Refill as Buy is working well → generate PO But when we put Stock nothing happens → I would like Stock create a transport task, is it possible ? Maybe it’s not the right way to do it, if you have any solution I am open to suggestions .
Hi everyone,To let you know I’m using IFS APP 9. We are trying to put a process on our shop order with a subcontractor.This is the scenario :We have a product X , with component A & B. ( I already set up the structure / routing )The product X is made by our subcontractor from component A & B , so we have to send component A & B. After he mixed component A & B together he sends us the final product X.We keep the stock in our site because we also sell component individually to other customer.We have a customer order for product X, which generate a shop order ( beacause we don’t have stock) telling us to prepare items A & B, eveything is correct until the shipping .At any moment we can bring up what's product we send on the delivery note to our subcontractor, so when we get the delievry note after the “Ship WIP to supplier” there is only the operation related to the service "mixed A & B".So how we can send our product to the subcontractor after getting the item

Hello everyone, I would like to know if it’s possible to send a delivery note with IFS maintenance ?Let met explain, we create a rental customer order and sometimes we have to change some parts of our rental item.So we create from this CO a demand service adding all materials we need to change. So all parts goes on initial orders which is perfect, but I canno’t print a delivery note . We can only delivery all parts.Maybe I’m not using the right process for this ? Hello everyone, I would like to know, if it is possible to generate a PO for a CO rental line ?When I create a CO with a rental line, any PO is generate by the systems and I can’t linked them together with indexing ? Is it possible ? Regards,Nicolas.
Hello IFS Community, I would like to know if it’s possible to cancel a rental line for a customer that hasn’t started yet.Let me explain :We used to rent some machine to our customer, and we always do 2 month free before the rental start, so I always put the start rental automatically after 2 months on the CO.But in that case , we notice we got some issue on the machine so we have to replace it, I used the menu “Create a replacement order”, but i can’t delivery the machine due we still have the first rental lines still open and not started. After some test, i only find to start location at 0€ for 2 months with a manual events and then the real price start.But in this case i’m stuck with my 2 machines with one i can’t stop the rental, and the other can’t deliver.. , if someone know how to manage it.
