Receiving Production Schedule Line by WADACO

Hi IFS Community,does anyone have experience of creating a new WADACO process to receive Production Schedule Line?If possible, could you briefly share your experience with the implementation or configuration of the Cloud?Alternatively, if this is not possible for some reason, then another way to receive PS using a scanner?Big thanks, David

Project Deliverables - Creating a Serial Object from PMRP supplied MFG part

Hi IFS Community,does anyone know how to correctly create Serial Object from manufactured part, which is supplied by PMRP?IFS Corporation states in the official help page, that Tags are automatically created when material received, if the the part is enabled for Serial Tracking (please read the help page topic "Assign Tag Numbers on Items"), but even if you Complete the Item, nothing happen in this case.So, in this case, I am forced to go either to the Shop Order, which was generated by the PMRP algorithm, or straight to the Shipment, where proceed items/parts were reserved and issued, to find their serial number. (Why can not the IFSAPP10 offer these "shipped" serial numbers in the Tags tab definition?)Another thing is that the IFSAPP10 in this case does not even allow me to define ONLY serial numbers, it requires ALSO definition of Tag No. This fact leads to the top item being defined as a Functional Object (not a Serial Object), in Equipment window.Is there any step in the procedure

Project Deliverables (BUG?) - Missing reservations after Supply Option changess

Hi IFS Community,I have probably found a bug while testing Project Deliverables options, that I would rated as a significant (or critical). Please, find a description of the procedure, that I have done:1) Reservation of components through the Shop Order Plan, from Project Inventory (stock).2) Change the Supply Option of Purchase component to Supply Option = null (permitted option/value).Result of this procedure: Information about reservation in the Project Deliverables object will completely disappear, e.g. Reserved Quantity = null; in the Material tab --> Material Plans --> RMB/Reserved Materials... (no rows displayed). BUT, the "unreserve" procedure is not called, so if you check object Inventory Part in Stock, so the rows of components are still reserved and On Hand Qty = Reserved Qty (in case of 1pcs).Unfortunately, I have not found any workaround to un-reserve these lines from this object, let me know if you can do it.

Mass update SO structure when using a PD?

Hi, is there any way to use the standard functionality "Mass update shop order structure" when use Project Deliverables? I understand that Shop orders that are created from the PD structure cannot be updated, but why the system should prevent updation SO that are not connected?In my point of view it is a bug, but maybe you will convince me there is a way:Thank you in advance for any idea/solution.BR,David

Copying IFS Spare Parts from PDM?

Hi IFS Community,I have a question about functionality so-called Spare Parts, in Engineering Part Revision (TAB).Engineering\PDM\Engineering Part\Engineering Part RevisionQ: Our customer's question is what this tab is for or better - whether it has an connection into some other/next processes, specifically into the service/maintenance, where Spare parts can be defined at the level of Serial objects (also TAB)?An official help (F1) mentions the following: "The spare part list can be copied to the modules IFS/Project Delivery and IFS Maintenance.”Q: What exactly is the possibility to use the filled TAB from PDM in other processes?Thank you in advance for any information regarding this,David

Project Deliverables - Copy to Equipment (Practise/Implementation)

Hi All,is there anyone who has (practical) experience with the functionality "Copy Project Deliverables to Equipment" (with some additional descriptions, recommendations, notes, etc.)?Of course, I have read the description of the process in the IFS help (F1), but I have still a few questions about this standard functionality:Can I run copy of equipment several times (for identical item no), or it is just a one-way operation/process? E.g.: When deleting already created equipment structure (record) or when need to add a tag (additionaly)? Can I somehow copy the equipment structure gradually when the amout of item no (qty) is bigger than 1 or is it necessary to complete the production of all the pieces and only after that start copying? If the dialog window "Copy Deliverables Structure to Equipment" appears, there are two combo boxes present, in which case is the "Copy Structure as" combo box active?*Dialog window - Mentioned combo boxes.It also happens to me that I had an item (item_no)

Multiple rows creation in the Project Resource Forecast

Hi,I have got question regarding to functionality Project Resource Forecast. Navigator Path: Project Management\Resources\Project Resource Forecast.Does anybody know, why it is possible to create more than one row for a same Resource ID x Activity Sequence, in the frm Project Resource Forecast?I am able to create two exactly the same lines, and I do not even know (after saving), which one was created earlier and which one afterwards. What happens next - if I RMB/Status/Approve the forecast and RMB/Transfer forecast to resource planning - ONLY the last row that was created is transferred to Project/Activity/Resource.This is probably the standard behavior of the system, but I haven't figured out if this is allowed for any reason, or this should be classified as a bug?Thank you for your answer in advice, David
