Dear all Is there a possibility to remove the “Select” button option for Attachment types from the Survey completion popup window on the WebClient, best-case via Client Script, so the option remains with the Mobile Client?If you’re completing the Survey on Web and activate for an attachment lookup field window the “Select” button, the “Attachment Lookup” screen is opened, and if you’re then activating the “Cancel” button, all the cached survey answers will disappear and the survey questions reloaded.Survey “Select” buttonSurvey Attachment Lookup Cancel button Kindly note the survey I am using is a nested one with a sub-survey.Looking forward for your answers. Dear allIn a customer’s Mobile environment we have found, that datetime fields are no exposed visible on the screen, although they are available on the database. I thought the time zone was picked up by the client itself, but don’t know how to solve this. Dear allIs it possible to adjust survey answers on the WebClient or to walkthrough them, so existing answers could be overwritten?It happens that answer modification, once the survey has been initially saved, works only on Mobile but seems to be not supported on the WebClient. I today have adjusted an appearance design and added a few new parameters to it, also uploaded pictures to link them as “resources”.The design has been allocated to my Mobile user and I re-installed the application on Windows.Appearance design is published and works just fine on the Aurena web client. When initialization has finished, the baseline design was applied to the client, instead of the configured design:Looking forward for learn if you had similar experience.N.B. Dear allPlease can anyone tell me, why the following issue could have occured?A customer of ours has two environments, one is OnPrem, the other is hosted on the Cloud. Both are the same Application versions, Apps 10 Update 8.Yet there has one specific LU been identified, where no Custom Fields could be created. Then we looked into the LU itself, follwing the path: Solution Manager > System and Utilities > Logical Units > Logical Unit.There we have found that this specific LU CustomerOrderInvItem differs between the both environments. CloudOnPremise The OnPrem environment is host for “Custom Fields” and has the “RowKey activated”. The Cloud environment isn’t at all, which prevents us from creating Custom Fields.What’s the risk of enabling it and does it have any impact now? Is there anything that needs to be paid attention to, before activating the flags? What could be the reason, that it differs on both environments? Hi allI’d be interested if I was missing a setting or this is a bug. Currently FSM does not allow me to post a receiving record, that I received partially. E.g. the shipment in the following example was involving 2 lots from an item and the shipment was posted, which generated a receiving record following an app param and the “In Transit” flag. For some reason, the technician when doing the goods receipt onto his van, realizes that the quantity shipped and the quantity received does not match and changes the quantity.When the receiving is being “processed” on Mobile, this will automatically trigger the receiving post. The server then throws an error message:The following exceptions occured when posting this receipt: The quantity in Lot(s) does not match the quantity.The same error message is thrown from each, WebClient and Mobile Client.Quantity shippedQuantity receivedError message on Receiving postThanks for all your advices.Kind regards:Marko
