Hi , I have a functional issue when I'm going to create WOs via Service Requests. Work Task will be automatically created with respect to the WO. Actually, I don't need to create a Work Task at this stage. How should I avoid creating a Work Task while creating a Work Order? Thanks in advance,Banuka
This is how I'm using the POSTMAN tool to check restful methods (POST, GET, PATCH, DELETE). (I'll proceed with this testing using the 'Inventory Part Maint Info' page in Aurena) The first step should be finding the SOAP gateway. To find that there are two ways.In Aurena Search for the API Explorer-> search for required projection. (In this case, I'm searching for the 'MaintInventoryPartHandling' projection). Open the debug console→ Server invoke → Click API Explorer→ click Open in API Explorer. (This would be the easiest way to open it). Afterward, check the ' Include in Compatibility Application Type' is 'Yes' or 'No'. If it is No, change it to Yes by RMB on the line and click the 'Include in Compatibility Application Type' option. Then, you can open the API Doc by RMB on the line → Documentation → API Doc [Compatibility Application Type (Int)]. Provide the credentials which are used to log into Aurena. When we are working with the POSTMAN IDE, need to create REQUESTs from API. In Aurena, we can follow the below REQUEST structure to generate it. https://<APP_SERVER>/int/SOAPGATEWAY Using the "API Explorer" window, we are able to get the exact API documentation. Afterward, we are able to find the REQUEST from the Doc. In order to find the request, what I'm doing is, Finding the name of the tab. 2. Finding the Entity. Finally using the Entity and searching it the API Doc. Sometimes for point 2, the problem is we may have to use EntitySet rather than Entity. For example, if we need to get a company from the companies on the list we may need to use EntitySet. My question is, is there any other way to find the API REQUEST rather than what I'm doing?
In Aurena there is a bookmark problem in UPD 8, It has been fixed in UPD9. So this might be fixed from a Binary Patch. Therefore fix cannot deliver as a single patch.I was tried to find the exact bug fix for this by referring to the Change Catalog. Unfortunately, there was no fix for it. My problem is, How can I find the patch, which solves the problem when the UPD was changed?(Eg: The problem lies on UPD7, and It has been fixed in UPD8)
