Hello all,I have a report rule in Apps10 Upd 8 which creates a document revision from the report and creates an attachment - in my case for Customer Invoice:The document class used in my report rule is setup to store the file in an FTP server: When I run the report, the document revision is created and attached to the customer invoice, as per expectations. However, the PDF file is not transferred to the FTP server. Then, it is impossible to open the file from the document revision.I have checked the logs on the FTP server, but no connection is opened, and there is no trace of file transfer.Note: if I change the EDM repository type for this document class from FTP to Database then the file is correctly added to the document revision and I can consult it. Does anyone already face this issue? Is there any specific setup to do?Thanks in advance for your help.Regards,Gladys.
Hi all, In the customer order process, after customer order line partially delivery for a line with non-inventory sales part, I’m creating a customer invoice and this invoice is then posted/authorized.If my customer rejects my delivery (for example because he disacreases the quantity), I’m able to create a customer credit invoice. However, I’m not able to cancel the delivery : IFS raises an error message due to the connection of the delivery to an existing invoice. As a consequence, I cannot create a new delivery with the corrected quantity and then create a new invoice with this delivered quantity. Is there a setup in the application to allow a delivery cancellation if the invoice has been credited? Thanks in advance for your help. Requirement - Example:On a customer order, I have a line with a number of engineer hours : 100h.I deliver and invoice 30h.The customer rejects the invoice, he agrees only on 25h.I need to create the credit invoice and cancel the delivery for the 30h.Then I ha
Hi all,Is there a parameter in PSO to hide by default the non-working hours? On my environment, when I connect with the admin user, the non-working hours are hidden by default : But with all the other users, the non-working hours are completely displayed.: Note: PSO version 6.6.0.24 Thanks in advance for your help.Regards,G. Hi all,Absences of the ressources created in IFS Application are sent and displayed in PSO module. However, in my current PSO setup, these “absence activities” can be dragged & droped in the PSO Workbench by the user (i.e. change the dates, reassign this activity to another resource). These changes are not sent back to IFS, but it can be confusing to the user.Same behaviour is present when a ressource is assigned on a project activty in IFS Apps.My question is: is there a setup (in the Parameters, etc) where we can block the drag&drop option of the “absence” and “project” activities in the Workbench (only these activities) ?Thanks for your help.
Hi all,I have a customer who has a requirement to add internal overhead costs to any purchase order : i.e. for a procurement of services or goods (non inventory parts), the cost will be equal to the PO cost + 10% for internal overhead management (to be distributed in specific accounts in accounting). Is there a specific setup available in IFS to manage this kind overhead (as it exists to manage overhead for inventory purchased parts)? Thanks in advance for any help
Hi IFS hero! I’m looking for documentation about the IFS module WMS Integration : Is this module linked to the IFS Shipments? What are the standard messages provided by this module? Is there any specific setup to be done in the IFS objects (customer, site, etc.) What is the configuration to do to connect to the WMS? Is there any webservice, or other technology? Thanks in advance for your help :)
