Hello, I have a situation like the one in the picture below. The scheduling period is two days and activity duration is very short(3min).I would like to show "part Stock level" in a spaced out and visually understandable way. Could I focus on just one day? is it possible to zoom in or enlarge “Allocation over time” only for visualization purposes?I would like to show clearly what is happening in terms of the part stock level (Resource -Part Tab) and the chart trend (es: up and down)Is there any way to see this graph in a better way? ThanksStefania
Hi all,IFS Cloud/PSOI was wondering what are the configurations/basic data to Schedule automatically with PSO in IFS CLOUD.Are there any committ rules on IFS CLOUD as well? Currently the flow I am running is as follows:1. Creation of Request creation and subsequent task2. Task allocation thanks to PSO3. Dispatch clicking button "assign" to validate/modify PSO scheduling on DC Console4. Dispatch clicking "Transfer to Mobile" to send it to the resource on the mobile 5. The flow continues in the standard way thanks to the MWO Service. Is there any way to automatically validate the scheduling done by the PSO without the Dispatcher clicking Assign on every task (ex: the night before/after every hour)? I was thinking Commit rules or a Job?From my tests, Assign is important to generate the Work Assigment and to allow the "Complete" status on the MWO to update the status from Work Start to Work Done. Am I doing something wrong?
Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to automatically send task/tasks to MWO Service without having to click on "Transfer to Mobile". Ex: If all tasks are assigned to a resource that has MWO app, then automatically they are transferred to mobile. Can anyone help me with this?
I've been trying to use asset design and project functionalities to create structures that can later be converted into equipment structures for maintenance purposes. The business case is a company that needs to have default equipment structures that serve as template without referencing particular serial parts, and, that unlike serial of funtional structures, can be easily copied with all of their components. I've been trying to understand which steps are needed to create design object structure and later convert it to an equipment structure. Does someone know what I could be missing?
Hi,I have a doubt about Cost Calculation- All Parts. I know that the All Parts-Cost Calculation calculates costs for multiple Parts at one time.My doubt is: does it calculates cost for multiple purchased or manufactured parts at the same time? Thanks
Hi All,Is it correct to say that the Total Material Scrap Quantity determined in a Shop Order for a specific component during planning level is equal to: Component Scrap Quantity + Scrap Factor * Lot Size of Shop Order ?
Hi, there is a question I need to discuss about Standard Operations and where and how they are used to create Operations. I’m sure I can referenced or copy a Standard Operation in Routing. However my question is: When I add a Standard Operation in the Operations tab of the Shop Order do I have the option to "copy" or "referenced" the operation or is this functionality ONLY available in Routing? I hope someone can clarify my doubt. Thank you
