Hi.I have a customer that have differences between the estimated and actual cost. In fact, the shop order actual cost is retrieving work center cost and labour class cost when these data in IFS are zero (I checked all the work centers and labour class). The inventory parts are valued at “Cost Standard” but never the cost set 1 was copied on any of them.Has anyone ever had this problem?Actual cost:Inventory part: Routing: Some Work centers Labor and Operation History
Hi all.I have calculated the cost set 12 for all inventory parts on a site and all was right. After that, I have copied all the inventory parts from cost set 12 to cost set 1. The job finished ok.But, the result is that all the inventory parts have not been modified. I do not know why. But, if, manually, I copy the cost for an inventory part no copied in the previous process, I mean, RMB in Part Cost window, the cost is copied well.Does anyone know why? Is the same process running from the menu for all inventory parts as the job running from Part Cost window

Hi.I would like to know if it’s possible to manage Safety Stock for inventory parts managed via DOP (IFS 10).I’ve tried it configuring the safety stock in Planning Data tab (Inventory Part window) but the MRP doesn’t have in account it to generate the requirements.If it is not possible via Safety Stock, Do I have another alternative?
Hi.Why IFS delete the cost set 1 from the Work Center if you are copying an inventory part cost from, for example, from cost set 2 to 1 and one the work centers do not have the cost set 2? I tested this case in IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud. I think this is a BUG because the Cost Set 1 is the unique mandatory cost set. I tested this case in IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud.
Hi.What’s the meaning of the following fields in Labor and Opeararion History window?:Has Transferred Postings Wild Build UP According with the actual configuration this type of data creates an error in the Accounting windows.I can see the errors in Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis window with the status code = 99.I only have erros when the WIP Build Up field is greater than 0.
