Hello,Is there a way to search processes for a specific SVD?Example:We have a team with an SVD, and they recently made improvements and no longer need a task to their SVD.I want to search all processes to confirm which send an event to the SVD and review to make sure if the task needs to be removed, or if it’s related to other work.
Hello,Is it possible to create functional user groups in assyst? An example would be a user reports a service outage that affects a service are, we would want to log the ticket under that service area as opposed to any specific user.A simple example would be we want each province to be a “user”, as each is a service group. This would allow us to easily report on MI’s in specific areas. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me, we have run into an issue and our assyst Admin is unable tor resolve it.Essential in the DEV environment, I am trying to demo how a process works, I’ve been added to all the SVDs in the process, but when I try to close a task, I get a rights error. Another user has the same issue. even if I re-assign the task to myself. I also noticed a discrepancy in the error messages depending, if I tried to close the task in assystWEB, or from the Process Manager App.Detailsin assystWEB I receive this errorYou do not have rights to amend this processes - the event to which it is attached is not assigned to your service department. One or more of the above errors was generated attempting to create Task Events from the process 'Account:Delete'. There may be a configuration issue preventing you from progressing this process. If you are not sure why this is happening, please contact your administrator for further assistance. If I take action from the Process Manager
Hello again,Unfortunately in my role I’m not an assyst Admin and I’m kept an arms length away from the staff that do the work, so I have to research and determine a solution then put in my request.I’m trying to see if a process can get data from an external source. The reason for the external source is it a profile for user access, which contains many different profiles, that change frequently. As such we don’t want to inundate the assyst Admin to change a process or assystNET form each time there’s a change. My idea is that a manger would complete an assystNET with the required information, then assytNET function would pull the date from the external source, then add it to the task. When the task is assinged to the support team all the information is already included and they don’t have to manually look it up. Thanks in advance to those who check it out and don’t respond.C.
Hello,I’m trying to find out how to see if a parent log has any open tasks. When our action processor server freezes and needs to be restarted there are sometimes logs left behind that did not close properly. I’m trying to find a way to identify these logs so we can close them. I thought if there was a column I could use, I tried Next Action, but if the task was re-opened it would still appear as the process was completed and I don’t want to close those.
Hello,I’m working on process improvements and trying to understand more about how the workflows work and they functionalities. I’m not the assyst Admin, but work with them when request form changes.I have many general questions I’m sure a user guide would answer. Thanks in advance for any help.C.
