I am a user, My intern was to enter product data PDFs linked to Sales Parts. I don’t know the setting but one was wrong so Document Headers were created and attached to Sales Part but there is no PDF associated with the record. The title of the file is recorded in the each header record. IT says there is no way to complete the attachment automatically. 1600 records. Any suggestions.
In the Cloud application, is there a way to search Sales Parts by Attachment Count?
The first time a customer orders one of our products, we need to send them a Document that is attached to that Sales Part. I Wrote an advanced search that Looks Like what I need but it does not do the Lead Lag Functionality Is this a limitation or is my format incorrect?
IFS CloudI have Sales Part documents (PDFs) that are occasionally updated. We have been able to attach the Sales Part Document to the Customer Order Line Item. I would like to send them to every customer that orders that sales part. But I only want to send them once, the again if the documents change.I want to compare the Creation Date of the Sales Part Attachment to the Date the Customer on the Order last ordered the Sales Part. If the Creation Date is Later than the Order Date, send the PDF Document with an Order Confirmation Report.How do I get the variables to make the comparison to include or exclude the PDF?Can this be in a Report Rule that would allow the test of all line items? with multiple attachments?
