HelloWe are attempting to use the CRM Panel to create business opportunities and business mails from incoming emails. Right now, the business mails are creating, but attachments are not flowing from outlook to IFS. I checked my CRM/SRM Panel Settings and i have SAVE_EMAIL_BODY set to TRUE and SKIP_ATTACHMENTS set to FALSE. I dont receive any errors when creating the business mail, it just doesnt attach anything. Any tips?
Hello, I am attempting to create an arrival to receive a Purchase Order line via REST API. I am inspecting the endpoint calls that Aurena makes during the process, but i’m unable to figure out which call is actually performing the receipt. I see calls to CreateReceiptSet but the payload doesnt include the information from the arrival line (PO #, Line, Etc). I also see CreateArrivalReceipt, but it only uses what i assume is the OBJKEY that is returned from CreateReceiptSet. I know this is a little tricky because an assistant is involved, but I cant seem to make sense of the calls that are happening. Any tips for figuring out how this assistant works?
We are attempting to use the Time Card functionality (not Time Registration) in IFS Cloud for some administrative employee time keeping. We noticed that when time is entered in My Time Card, we can see the data populated in the view TIME_PERS_DIARY. However, once the time card is Confirmed. The data is removed from TIME_PERS_DIARY and we are unable to figure out where the record gets moved to. We’d like to build some reporting based on the confirmed time card entries. Any ideas?Thanks!
Hello, I am trying to upload an attachment (to a customer order in this example) in IFS Cloud via the Rest API. Hello We have a handful of custom attributes on our BusinessOpportunity entity and we would like to show them on the Customer Order screen for an order that was created from a Business Opportunity. The process as i understand it to add those fields to the Customer Order page is: Add the BusinessOpportunity entity to the CustomerOrderHandling projection Create an entity Association and connect the parent/child relationship. Create the group of fields on the Customer Order and create a binding to connect the CustomerOrderSelector to the entity associationHowever, when I try to add the BusinessOpportunity entity to the CustomerOrderHandling projection, it doesn’t appear in the available entities. Which made me assume that the two entities are already connected by default, so I tried to add the custom fields to the layout and they are available. However they do not populate any data. My assumption is that this is because they are not being bound to the business opportunity, but I cant crea
