What is the method of choosing the 'sales price' of a work order posting ?
Hi,I created the following custom menu in TECH CMB environment, but I was unable to do the proper transfer and destination window ended up with empty results. Even though the ‘Work Task Window’ shows the ‘test menu’ when RMB, the proper transfer is not happening. Task SEQ - 162663MCH_CODE = 6600-1In database Jt_Task_Utility_API.Get_Actual_Object_Id(task_seq) returns 6600-1 correctly. My question is, Have I done something wrong when creating the ‘Source Key Name’?Even the method ‘Jt_Task_Utility_API.Get_Actual_Object_Id’ is not getting called here
ProblemThere is a customer, who is in 22R2 SU4. Their reported issue appear due to not returning any value from the following method call.BEGIN -- Call the function :RESULT := DOMAIN_SYS.Get_Translated_Values(domain_ => :domain_, lang_code_ => :lang_code_);END; Following is the Get_Translated_Values method content.Both methods return, null. According to the following Get_Ctx_Values__ method, context_value_ variable always returns null in customer environment. domain_ is ‘WorkTypeCategory’value is ‘gb’Following values are available in customer environment. So, my question is, can anyone please let me know, what could be other reasons for not returning any values for , context_value_ := Sys_Context(context_, nvl(value_, 'PROG'), ctx_length_); In 22R2 core environment following records were returned any issue.
Hi all, There is a customer who is having Application Message Errors when trying to move documents from DB to FTP.Customer has recently installed UPD20 patch on 20/01/2024. The automated process to move documents from database to FTP is not working. They have got over five thousand errored application messages with this eror: Target exception in method call : EJB Exception: Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Target exception in method call : EJB Exception: Caused by: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null Caused by: javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: EJB Exception: Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: null Product Version: UPD20This is how their process have worked so far. They have had a procedure custom package called Z_Bel_Tech_API.Move_Docs_To_Ftp. This procedure is calling IFS's standard procedure Edm_File_API.Batch_Process and that's when the error appears. Hi All, When we navigate to the “Change Order” Screen and opening some documents below error appears Customer has recently upgraded the application from App8 to Cloud 22R2, and this error appears only for documents came from App8. When downloaded the documents, the document is getting downloaded, but when try to open it, we get the below error. this error is appearing for any document, including images. The repository type of the documents is 'Database' and the documents are accessible via the database. That means the files are available in the database.
