Hi,We are inserting expenses on worktasks using /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/WorkTaskExecutionHandling.svc/JtTaskTransactionSetThis generally works well, but we fail to connect a user to the transaction. An example of a payload:{ "TaskSeq": 23030729, "TransactionType": "Expenses", "Site": "NO-01", "Quantity": 2.0, "CostCategoryId": "6000", "UnitCode": "pcs", "CostAmount": 150.0, "TransactionDate": "2024-03-11T00:00:00Z", "ReportComment": "Fein Cutter Blad (Stk)", "CExternalSystemId": 623703, "Company": "100", "OrganizationSite": "NO-01", "TaskMaintOrg": "522145", "OrganizationId": "522145", "ResourceId": "GEOARV", "ResourceSeq": 1353, "EmpCompany": "100", "EmployeeId": "80211"}This create a transaction, but Resource remains empty on the transaction. Why is this not working? We’re running IFSCloud 23R1 SU8.
We are running IFS Cloud 23R1 in a, by IFS, hosted setup with self hosted BI setup in our own Azure tenant. However, our main datalake resides in Snowflake and we’re therefore pushing data from Azure to Snowflake. Currently this is done with full dataloads each time, which is not a sustainable model. We have enabled incremental loads between IFS Cloud and our self hosted BI (Azure). We are now looking into what we can utilize to enable incremental loads between Azure and Snowflake, and noticed that mvt_created_dt was populated in Azure. However it seem to be updated with the time of the latest incremental load, for all records? My exceptation was that this would only occur for newly added/updated records.Does anyone have any suggestion how to implement a solid incremental load funcationality between Azure and another datalake?
Hi all, I’ve noticed that when provisioning a user through SCIM an employee object is created. This is great, but can someone guide me to the latest documentation that states what is created and what new attributes I can set?The documentation for 23R1 does not include anything related to Employees. Is there anything else that has been introduced with 23R1 in the SCIM domain?Best regards,/Magnus
I’m trying to automate a process involving creating resource groups using workflow. I’ve found the projection NewResourceGroup, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to work inside a workflow. It works fine though Postman.Workflow: The first step creates the resource group. Defined as: And an object seem to be created: I’ve understood that to use bound actions I need to read the object before and result looks OK after read: I get no errors in the two following call actions: However, no resource group is created: I’m able to create a resourcegroup using the same parameters, but doing the same api calls directly from postman. I’m obviously missing something in the workflow, but what? Anyone that has experienced something similar?
I want to terminate employees through a API call, when the employee is offboarded in our HR system (which is not IFS).I have found one API that looked interesting: TerminateEmploymentHandling.svc/TerminateEmploymentsThis however does not seem to actual trigger a termination.Any idea on how to do this? Best regards,/Magnus
