Hello, We recently upgraded our assyst production environment to version 11.6.3, and converted off the legacy numbering system. Since the change, our implementation of the assyst Mailbox Reader and our assystETM installation are both creating events which have negative incident_ref values. This did not happen in any of our non-production environments during our testing.A couple of examples are below: Has anyone run into this before? Thanks, Duncan
Hello,I am working on configuring an ETM channel to bulk create some event builders, and am not able to find documentation on acceptable values for eventBuilderType, eventType and usage (Event Builder Type, Event Type, Usage in ETM). ETM seems to want integer values for these fields, but the database values are letters.Are these documented anywhere? Thanks,Duncan
Hello. I am trying to set a variable in an ETM data mapper based on whether an external bond exists or not. Below is my expression to set the variable to either true or false (the assyst resource for the mapper is Contact User):if (outbound.self) { if (! outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier) { false; }else{ true; }}else { false;}With my test data, I know that the bond does exists, so I believe this should be evaluating to true. However, no matter if the bond exists or not in the ips_bond table, this expression always evaluates to false.I have tried just using outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier and outbound.self.externalIdentifier to bring back the identifier in the variable instead of setting it to true/false, but it always evaluates to null.The wiki is not clear on how this value can be used.We are running ETM 1.6 and assyst 11.4.1.Any help appreciated.Thanks,Duncan
Hello. Does anyone have any experience with customizing the Self-Service Mobile App (formerly ACE) through InTune? We are looking to deploy the app to our client base, but need to customize the app icon and name (“IFS assyst” doesn’t mean anything to our clients).IFS have been able to tell me the key value for customizing the server URL in the deployment, but when I asked about the icon and name I have not gotten a reply.Thanks,Duncan
Hello all.We have encountered an issue where a lookup filter expression on one of our custom forms is failing after adding some additional custom fields to the form. We know that the expression is valid as it is in use on numerous other forms, and was working up until we added the additional fields.In assystNet, when clicking on the magnifying glass to bring up the contact user search, there is an error that the lookup failed. The expression is:select usr.id from usr as usr where usr.csg.shortCode = 'HEALTH' and usr.usr_flag1 = 'APPROVER' According to IFS, there is no limit to the number of custom fields that can be on a form, however this issue occurrs after increasing the number of fields from 236 (expression works) to 239 (expression fails). If we remove the filter expression from the field, the lookup works. We have raised this issue with IFS but they have not been able to provide any guidance. Has anyone else seen this or a similar issue, and if so, what was the resolution? Thank
Hello. Has anyone in the community had success using the dbArchive tool to archive and/or delete large numbers of events? We are currently investigating archiving in assyst, and we have about 1,400,000 events to either delete or archive. From our testing, it seems that the tool takes about 21 seconds per event, which would mean archiving the required events in our database would take months. We posed a question to IFS support about how to increase the speed or archiving, but they were not able to provide any guidance.
Hello all. We are beginning to look at implementing assystChat to our IFS assyst implementation, and I am looking for information on whether the feature includes a console that shows real-time data relating to Chat. What we are looking for is a console which will show number of assyst users logged in to chat, status of each assyst user, number of chats being responded to, number of chats waiting in the queue, etc.From what I can see after installing the Chat integration in our DEV environment and in the wiki documentation, no such console exists. Does anyone have any experience with getting such data from assystChat that they can share? Thanks.
