Hello all, We would like to ask if it’s pobbile to change the UI of the FSM mobile in the Android Application, in order to be the same as the Windows Application. For example, in the below “Details” screen, are we able to make the form fields to be displayed as in the Windows Application? (Label and Field in the same row) We want this configuration, in order for the user not to scroll down in order to see all the fields. Thank you!Android AppWindows App
Hello, We have the below problem in FSM Mobile: In mobile, some fields are “dropdown” type and we want to display predefined values. For example, the below field “CUSER_DEF221” needs to have some values in its dropdown, but in mobile the dropdown is empty. Screenshots below that show the steps that we have already done. The field of the custom tableThe ‘Lookups’ of this fieldThe global code table The field properties -1-The field properties -2-The actual field with the empty dropdownThanks a lot !! 😊
Hello! In the ‘Jump to screen’ icon in FSM mobile, we would like to display only the screens that belong to this specific workflow, based on the ‘Workflow Condition’ script of every screen. Is there any way to configure it? (In the screenshot below, all the screens are displayed, OOTB and Customs) Thanks!!
Hello all!!Do you know how to add the attachment feature (See/Add attachments) in custom screens with configuration?Attachments are displayed in the OOTB Debrief Overview screen, but we need to add the attachments in another custom screen, if possible. Thanks a lot !!
Hello all, In our custom screens, we would like to have only title, and no screen tip.In order to do this, we tried to leave blank the 'screen tip' property as shown in the first image below, but this has as result to be displayed the default screen tip, as shown on the second image ('This is a sample tip with text and stuff').How could we have no tip at all ? Thank you!
Hello all!! Regarding the workflow, when we assign a task in the technician in the back office, in the DebriefOverview (OOTB screen) the ‘task_type’ field is shown with its value. (as shown below)But in the custom screen DebriefRPMInterface the task type value is not shown. The properties of the task_type are the same in both screens. We know that we should create a script for the ‘where clause’ section in order to sync the screens with the task id, but we are not sure about the exactly script structure. Thank you in advance!
Hello all,We are facing the below problem: We have the table “TASK” and the custom table “C_CARDPHONECOMPLETIONINFO”. They have the below parent relation. The problem is that in the mobile client, in the “Mobile Designer” screen we have selected “TASK” as our primary table, we are able to see the “TASK” fields, but we cannot see the “C_CARDPHONECOMPLETIONINFO” fields. So my questions is: Do you know if we are missing any step on this action?
