Hello,It has been found that not fixing a technician, even though the time is fixed, can sometimes lead to problems. In FSM, the person can always be fixed in the job itself under 'Scheduling' by checking a box. In PSO, however, this does not always work. Even if the time is fixed, the checkbox to fix the person remains grey. Even if the correct technician is currently scheduled, this may still change. This issue concerns a difference between FSM and PSO. Does anyone have a Idee? ThanksMarkus
It often happens that a task has to be cancelled.This results in a Follow Up. But the time already spent on the task (approach, set-up time,...) is no longer visible in the PSO Gantt because the task is rescheduled. This results in large gaps in the PSO Gantt that cause confusion. Is there a way to display the time already spent in the PSO Gantt despite the task being cancelled?
If I create a project with multiple task can this scheduled by PSO?Example.One customer with 10 Task. If you have to do several tasks for one customer, it would be nice if you only had to ask for one signature from the customer at the end, so that all service reports are signed. For example, a signature on the last service report and this is transferred to all service requests that were generated for a customer on this day. Thanks Markus Kühnl
