Hello All,I have a command in Aurena and it is responsible to send value to third party system and receive the response whether third part transaction is success or fail(including reason why it failed in third party system) which will be captured by call back function. I’m able to capture the response from REST API in call back function to do certain transaction if response value is success. But my requirement is, once I click the command, system should wait for the response and display it as an alert or information message to user in AURENA client i.e, whether the action is success or fail(with reason why it failed in third party system). Is it possible to achieve this? If Yes, Please suggest. IFS Version: APP10 UPD 18
We developed a Crystal layout on CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP view for Invoice report. We are able to preview the report with data using Result_Key in Crystal tool. But when we deploy and preview in IFS Application, the report is blank(no data) without any errors as shown in below image. When we deploy this same layout in another environment, we are able to preview the report with data.We are using IFS 10 UPD 13. We observed the same behavior in IEE & Aurena Clients.
Hi, For a requirement, we are currently opening an assistant in a new tab through command. After completing the operation in assistant, by clicking Ok or Finish, then newly opened tab should close automatically.
When navigating to assistant, is it possible to navigate to 2nd Step directly?Note: We are using IFS10 UPD13 Aurena Client.
Hello,I created a report designer layout with some data and logo in header. My requirement to display image from a database table. So I wrote the query in SQL Query Statement field as shown in Picture below and passing tns:IMAGE_NO bind variable. When I previewed the report in designer tool or in IFS Application, Logo is not printing in the report. But when I pass hard code value in bind variable instead of tns:IMAGE_NO, the report is printing the logo properly. I checked that tns:IMAGE_NO element is printing the value in report. But when I pass it as bind variable to display the logo, it is not working.IFS Application Version: IFS 10 UPD13Report Designer Tool Version : 200.2.0000

I’m developing an outbound integration. I did the setup in developer studio and deployed server package. When I click on Start Local Server on Application Server in Developer Studio, I get below error message saying “The system cannot find the path specified”. Is there any solution for this issue?
In a Aurena Page, I’m invoking an Assistant which contains List. Now I wrote a command In List with Selected records mode to capture the data of selected records and send an email with selected record values. Now, I want to enable this command all the time(even if records are not selected). So that I can still send an email without the selected records values. If i keep the command below the List(not inside list) in Assistant. I’m not able to capture the selected record values.Does anybody have an idea to handle this?
