Hi,Using FSM6U13, PSO 6.7.0.30We are currently having some issues understanding the schedule status in FSM. On the task, as my understanding, the scheduling status should be changed based on the status in PSO. However, we are currently experiencing a lot of the tasks that are open have no scheduling status in the task table. Is there any smart way to troubleshoot this particular issue?
Hi,In the mobile app, we have a box in the bottom of the Home screen, with “Important information”. On one of the lines, it says “You have X overdue commitments!” When pushing the hyperlink on the commitments, the CommitmentList screen is opened, however, there are no values in that list.Is there any way to edit this “Important information” box? Where is the “Overdue commitments” fetched from? Even though the technician has no assigned/commited tasks, there are still some overdue commitments.I saw a different case in the Community where it was referenced to some App Params, but as far as I can see from the documentation, these are only applicable for the “Important information” on the Overview-screen.
Hi,Using PSO 6.7.0.30.We are trying to extend the scheduling window in our Gantt view.This is marked in PSO as a vertical blue line, but we have not found any parameter to extend this window. Where is the possibility to configure this?

Hi,We are currently using the OOTB Attachment Screen in the mobile application (FSM6U13). I was wondering if there is any possibilities to edit these screens? I know that I can use the designer, but as far as I can see, there is limitations regarding what to edit. In particular, what I want to achieve, is to be able to see the file name of the file attached in the DebriefTaskAttachment Screen. When opening the JPEG-file attached, I can see the file name, but not in the overview. Is there any way to solve this?
Hi,We have an issue when initializing the mobile app. The initialization starts, however, the flatfile db, which should be created on the mobile server, is not created. Hi,We are currently using FSM6U13, and integration with PSO.At the moment, we are experiencing some slowness issues with the dataset. We have only one dataset at the moment, with approx. 500 resources, and approx. 10000 tasks at the moment. When loading the dataset in the Gantt-view, it may take up to 1 minute before it has finished loading.Furthermore, when loading the resource screen, it takes forever before the screen is loaded. The last issue is when updating the Rota, and another user is updating the rota at the same time, all the changes made has been deleted. This screen is also not very responsive.So, the question is really, is it best practice for us to have only one dataset, or should it be more beneficial to have several datasets? I read in the Community that you shouldn’t have too many datasets, so I am wondering if that may not be the best solution for us.When we ran the same operations in FSM5.7, there were no slowness issues like this in PSO.
Hi,We are using FSM6U13.In the lobby I have created, I have several elements which is displayed as lists, with navigiation on the request_id, to open the request when clicking on the request_id. The users do now want to display this as a counter instead of a list. As far as I can see, it is only posisble to manually create a new search when navigating through the counter element. Is there anyway to use the datasource when navigating from the element to the request screen?
Hi,We are currently using the Additional Attributes in the FSM-PSO integration, in FSM6. We are transferring some date fields from FSM and PSO, but these are not treated as date fields in PSO. When sorting on these columns, it is sorted as this: Is there any way to format these fields to a date field? I have seen the documentation, which only suggests formating of numbers, which won’t help us in this case.
Hi,We have recently upgraded to FSM6U13, and the dispatchers in our team are working in the web client. Before upgrading, they were working in the backoffice client, where they had the possibility to personalize their own lobbies, using the buttons below:However, in the web client, there are no such option to personalize the lobbies, as far as I can see. It is only the “scroll bar” to adjust the zoom of the lobby, but the “person-lock” icon is not visible. Are there any settings that needs to be adjusted to make this work, or are there a limitation in the web client?
Hi,We are trying to add some resource buckets in PSO, to schedule the activities in a better way.However, we see two different issues which we wonder how to solve:When commiting activities to the resource bucket, the DSE overwrites the changes made, so that the activities are uncommited again. In the documentation it says that you should “simply click on the desired bucket shift and then click on 'Make Bulk Changes' at the top of the resulting pop-up.” In our version of PSO however, there are no “Make Bulk Changes” button, as far as I can see. Is there any way that you can “link” persons/resources to the resource bucket. What I want to achieve is that I can commit a bulk of activities to the resource bucket, and that the technician who is linked to the resource bucket is able to find these in the Mobile App.
Hi,We have just upgraded from FSM5, to FSM6. In the Joblist screen in the previous mobile app, there were a OOTB button in the bottom right corner, where you could choose what you wanted to sort the tasks by, for instance created_dttm, severity etc. In the mobile app for FSM6, I see that you can create these on your own. However, I cannot find anything related to this in the documentation, so I wonder what is the best way to solve this?And, what is the value that this list is sorted by OOTB?
